Traditional British pub serving classic dishes with a great range of locally produced cask conditioned ales. Serve food daily from 12pm till 10pm, open later on Fridays. Have an upstairs function which can be booked for private parties, and a large open space downstairs bar with lots of seating inside and out.

I ate here today with friends whilst watching football. A great experience all round the food was good and the choice of ales outstanding special mention to all the friendly staff.

Retirement party upstairs. Good service at bar. Buffet that was much needed and quite acceptable after a couple of points.
