Had hot dog which was good but just loved the side of Mac n cheese soooo delicious it is a bit prices but worth it in my opinion

I don't remember seeing a lift for the restaurant, but doesn't mean there isn't a lift, sometimes there well hidden. As for steps its a circular staircase and I would guess maybe 25 steps. Hope this helps with your question.
