We visit every year whilst in London for a weekend before Christmas and always look forward to our visit at Niche. As ever the food was delicious and there was no problem with the service. However, the place was really really cold. We could not...wait to finish our meal to go back to the hotel and get warm. A number of other customers were clearly cold as well as they had their coat on. It’s a real pity as this did ruin an experience we were looking forward to; it is unpleasant to be uncomfortable when you go for a meal. We will come back next year and hope it will be different.More

Pleasant but expensive. The food was nice but a little disappointing. My dish came with creamy mash but actually it was a drizzle rather than a proper portion. Same with the vegetables. Hungry a couple of hours later sadly. There were four of us and...the bill was £200. Service was very slow too.More

Niche was recommended by a friend, so while working away, a colleague and I went for dinner. The service was excellent, we were well looked after. My colleague had the asparagus for starters and I had the pate. It was so nice, and we were...each able to sample the others. For main I had the burger, which was lovely, my colleague had the Schnitzel, again both were great. I highly recommend Niche.More

Absolutely the BEST Gluten Free food I have eaten. You genuinely wouldn't know it was GF! Please open more Restaurants outside of London.

Just finished dining there. No issues with wait time. Staff lovely. Restaurant near full so the staff were busy. Such a joy to have full gluten free and not to worry re cross contamination. Not cheap but that was due to wines etc. would be...happy to eat there again but I am out of time.More

Fabulous cocktails but poor quality, expensive food. We both had the chicken pie and it was dry despite the side of gravy and there wasn’t much chicken in it. Altogether a very disappointing meal.

Sadly have to agree with previous reviewers. The concept is good but the product poor. We were the first people in the restaurant but offered the table at the back near the toilet. We had to argue hard to be moved to another table. We...ordered a bread basket which I enjoyed as usually can’t order this due to my gluten intolerance. For mains my husband had a burger and I had a lamb dish. Both the burger and the lamb were very over cooked and I’d say inedible. Certainly the cutlery provided couldn’t cut through my lamb. The burger bun was poor and the bits of salad wilted and uninteresting. The fennel with my lamb was again so tough it couldn’t be cut through. Both the asparagus starter and the Eaton mess pudding were ok but nothing too special. For the price it was certainly not worth the effort to go to a specialist GF restaurant. Such a shame..More

Very disappointing. Booked well in advance but given a table stuck in a corner. Arrived at 6pm and told some mains had run out!!! Ordered bread plate to share - some were underbaked so inedible!! Mains were well presented but nothing special. All in all...a very disappointing visit.More

Myself and my partner wanted to attend this restaurant as I have coeliac disease and we could not fault the food that arrived on time. During the visit, we were served by a waitress who was clearly NOT happy to be at work. When ordering...drinks, I simply turned over the menu to view the options and the waitress decided it was acceptable to start tapping the table with her pen. Her rude and arrogant attitude lasted until the end of our visit, when she barged past my partner and shoved him out of the way so she could get through a gap big enough for two people! Whilst tapping the pen on the table, we actually asked her to add on a Mac & Cheese side on to our order… which surprisingly did not arrive with our mains as she was too interested in tapping than to write this part of the order down. At this point I approached another waitress and she asked the chef to make the Mac & Cheese. As this eventually arrived when we had finished our meals, the nice waitress took it off our bill. Overall, great selection of food and an exciting experiencing for someone with coeliac, however for the price, the attitude and service from that member of staff was shocking.More

My partner has been diagnosed as coeliac so we went here to cheer him up. The staff were friendly and it was a nice place but unfortunately the food was all terrible. Dry fish, disappointing burgers, sandpapery batter. It's also extremely expensive - please don't...waste your money.More
