Had a lovely lunch with the girls from work. This pub has a varied menu & food is fantastic at a reasonable price. Would recommend the whitebait or calamari & nice bottle of Sauvignon. Nice relaxed atmosphere & super friendly staff.

A nice pub that is very popular with one and all .. Literally next door to Borough tube station , so very handy for a drink & meal on the way home .. A very good menu on offer at very reasonable prices .. What's more , they serve real ale ..

Very qood quality big portions and very good service. One of us had a delicious burger whilst the other had a tasty bavette steak. We shared the two types of chips both were very good. Peeople next to us were effervescing over the fish and chips. Excellent choice of drinks. Very good value not at all expensive and thw pub... More

The food and service was exquisite. Wine list is more than adequate. Our only complaint is that the noise level was such that we could not enjoy a conversation amongst the six of us. Spare modern decor doesn't lend itself to a quiet dinner.

Small, friendly pub with good fish and chips. Not too load and good selection of beer. Portions of food were big.

Laura is lovely, Flav is fabulous and the cocktails were exceptionally prepared. The risotto was among the best I've ever had and I eat a lot of delicious risotto. Laura talked us into trying the fish cake, and it too was delightful. We spent many hours in this place (probably a few too many hours) and walked away with a... More

Went here today with 2 friends who work locally and recommended it - a great find! It's very conveniently just next door to Borough station. Inside it had lots of space, with cubicles, or open tables, depending on what you want. Decent atmosphere too, despite the fact there wenr't that many people when we went at lunchtime today. They have... More

I was having a meeting nearby, and used Borough tube station, leaving the station this pub is just on your right. They had a good selection of cask ales, and a decent menu. I chose the 28 matured burger which comes with chips and salad, it was very good.

I just visited for a quiet drink mistakenly thought the outside back area was a smoking area, turns out it wasn't, I found out by the barman speaking to me like I was a naughty school child. Not fun.
