After checking all the previous reviews I thought maybe I should not give any more bad review but it's very upsetting and annoying that London is one of best city in the earth where you get third class customer service from one of the well known fast food company KFC. I ordered a zinger burger box meal with bottle water... More

Hadn't eaten at a Kfc for over two years but thought, I'd give it another try. I order a three chicken piece menu with fries and a pepsi. Woman servicing was so unfriendly and I had to repeat myself three times. I also ordered a sweet and sour sauce separately twice but I never got it. But oh well, it's... More

I live close by and KFC is a guilty pleasure... but service here is dreadful. I could count 5 people at the kitchen. There was only 1 person in front of me and took about 15 minutes to be served. English is poor. They asked me 3 times if I wanted a side!.. after I ordered one - frustrating! Also... More

Same wholesome, reasonable KFC meals one can get in London. The service was so so and the place was messy.

KFC is my guilty pleasure. I haven't eaten it for a while but I arrived in London late so thought I would treat myself. This is probably one of the worst fast food outlets I have ever been in. The female serving me looked at me and spoke to me with utter contempt. All of the staff pratted about whilst... More

Staff were unpleasant and could only speak a bit of English. I love kfc but something didn't add up. Beans tasted different and burger was now great.

I absolutely love going to KFC and it is for me unbelievable that this shop is allowed to have the KFC Brand name. The food was disgusting and not even warm, the fries were looking being 2 days old and when i complained to the staff no body wanted to take care. I eventually just left the restaurant after the... The service here was very fast, although I had to ask for a receipt twice before I got it. It was a little dirty inside, but is a bog standard chicken shop so to be expected.

It was the worst KFC I've eaten. The french fries were horrible and I had to wait like 10min for 2 meals. The super small restaurant is not clean like the Burguer King just 3 steps away. Also had a difficult time to understand the cashier (Indian) but maybe I'm just not used to the accent.

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighbourhood Profile
Whitechapel
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
