Came here as a group of 10. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Service was at a good pace but not rushed. The menu is small but all the food was very nice. The pizzas were excellent. Only one draft lager to choose from...More

Shame about the service here as the food is really excellent. REALLY nice pizzas. But their service is really lacking. I think our waiter had left mid-way through, so noone took his spot and it meant we were basically ignored. Drinks came half way through...More

Pleasantly surprised! I booked this restaurant as I had planned a surprise meal for my sons 21st birthday. Never being here, I was a little worried as it has recently been changed name and I believe, management. The photos of the restaurant itself that I...More

I have been many times with my wife, put simply; great food, service, price, and atmosphere. Much better than franco mancos...a must visit if on Bermondsey street (now called via Bermondsey).

I loved Ticino Kirchen (now Via Bermondsey). The food was great and reasonably priced, the atmosphere lovely and the waitresses very attentive. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a relaxed meal in a nice place

I think with age and familiarity; we experience the unfortunate effect of becoming satiated. The gauntlet of restaurants down Bermondsey St are no different and haven't escaped fading to gray over the years. The competitive edge, creativity, and vitality that each of the restaurants open...More

Delicious wild boar cannelloni, pumpkin ravioli and any pizza. White chocolate panna cotta is awesome! Good and fast service and cozy environment.

Really enjoyed our visit on Saturday evening. Restaurant was busy, but service was friendly and welcoming! Had a burrata to start and pizzas as mains. Both delicious and we especially liked the sourdough crust on the pizza. I agree with others that this is a...More

There might be another better known pizza place on this street but I'd highly recommend Ticino. The pizzas are inventive and reasonably priced and the service unhurried and so so friendly. A real local gem and favourite!

After dining at Ticino and reading some of the reviews, I was unsure of what to expect, but on arrival we were greeted and shown our table with minimum fuss, the food was excellent I had the risotto with saffron, gorgonzola, cherry tomatoes, along with...More

Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard,
the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond
any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some
time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved
browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street,
foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old
foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks
of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest
