Decided to celebrate New Years here with mate and we mostly visit this bar on a regular basis so we thought it would be fun. We had reserved a table and paid a £50 deposit along with with paying for £15 each to attend the event. Normally I don’t get annoyed with poor serve, but on 3 occasions we got ask by staff and then by a bouncer that the table we was sitting at was reserved for guest for which we replied that we are once that the table reserved for. We also had to ask for our glass of Prosecco but we should to show proof that we had a ticket. Every table apart ours got confetti box for the count down at midnight, when I question the waitress stating that we didn’t get one. She said it was included in the price so that’s why our table didn’t receive one, which is odd as there was only one set price on their website. Really was disappointed with the service.

Usually I got here often for drinks and I love it. My go to place for nice and well priced cocktails I made the mistake of going for the bottomless brunch during covid. Server for our table was friendly but other than that wasn’t a good experience. Got there on time, took them over 15 mins to let us in. They then refused to give us the 15mins do the brunch time back. I ordered two vegetarians, they bought one vegetarian and one meat. I questioned this and was told that’s all they have luckily my friend at meat but I didn’t. At the end I spoke to the manager and the man came over, didn’t really say sorry was just ‘checking he didn’t feed a vegetarian meat’, then didn’t believe me that I’d asked for two vegetarians and asked to see the emails. I showed him my request, which was acknowledged but the organiser, and he just said ‘we didn’t get that message’ and walked away. On top of being the wrong food, it was shocking. Some of it was inedible, it was cold. And nothing was nice. Not worth it. Was like really cheap bad oven food, not even worth paying for. Drinks are nice here but don’t go for brunch you’ll be very disappointed.

Had initially booked this brunch at a different location for Christmas but due to a friend not being able to make it, we had to reschedule which we were allowed to do. We had already paid a deposit so was grateful at the gesture. Nice ambiance of the venue and that is where the positives stop for me. The tables were quite small and the chairs were just as small and very uncomfortable. My friend almost fell off of her chair as it had a wobbly leg. It got extremely busy as I'm sure the venue anticipated as it was people that had booked ahead. Very few staff and long waits inbetween drinks. I became very frustrated and was abrupt with the waitress which I do apologise for as it was not her fault as she was over worked but it was chaos. Minimal staff, no organisation at all. The food was VERY disappointing and was not worth the money. The cocktails were ok. The toilets were not clean and no hand towels to dry your hands. We were approached by a lady who was possibly a manager and was told we had 15 minutes left of the table and then hung around us like a bad smell during the 15 minutes giving us evils. We did not have a 90 minute brunch. We had some food with a few drinks that lasted approximately an hour with the waiting time. I actually feel like this is the worst brunch that I have been to. Very disappointing experience

Went here with my friend for bottomless brunch, we paid for 1 hour and a half and they made us que outside for at least 15 minutes meaning we had less time than we paid for. When we got inside and was seated Mid way through ordering the waitress interrupted me and asked for my ID which I have no problem with but what I do have a problem with is how she said it, in a rude tone she said “ Can I see your ID because like you have BRACES” and laughed to herself. This was our first bottomless brunch experience we had just turnt 18 so wasn’t planning on drinking a lot however she peer pressured us into ordering more and said why pay £35 then. She then came over again and said so rudely “are you guys alright u seem abit odd” even though the whole time me and my friend didn’t let her rude remarks get to us and was laughing and trying to have fun. All around a very dehumanising bad experience. The food wasn’t nice at all Music was way too loud could barely hear my friend speaking. Bouncer was also not very welcoming. Just don’t waste your money unless you want to be insulted.

I actually could not believe how we were treated when we arrived. I had booked a table for bottomless brunch and had not received any email at all regarding a £10 deposit (otherwise, of course it would have been paid). We turned up (2 of us) and was told rudely that because we had not paid a £10 deposit it was likely we would not get a table (even though it was a Sunday (16th Aug) and the restaurant was half empty). After keeping us waiting at the desk the guy came back and told us we would be served last because we hadn't paid the deposit even thought I showed him proof that Dirty Martini did not contact me regarding this. I work as a host at another restaurant and use Designmynight which is the same booking service they use so I understand how it works. I am absolutely appalled by the service and I am surprised the guy at the door is still employed there because I have never ever been spoken to so rudely and would never dream of speaking to anyone the way he did. Really disappointed - in the end we just walked off and didn't bother eating there. Do not recommend.

Came back to London after having such a fun time last week and origanlky visited the St Paul's branch (which by the way is top notch customer service too), our first drink was very slow and within 35 minutes into bottomless brunch we had only had one drink. The staff were extremely busy which we appreciated so my partner complained to the manager Alex for the slow service and she apologised sincerely and said that she would ensure she looked after us from then on. And I must say what a turn around. She couldn't get us drinks quick enough and kept checking on us and topping us up and ensuring we were happy. So although off to a slow start we ended up having a fantastic experience. The food was also very yum, better in my opinion than the St Paul's the week before. Well done to Alex and her team

Absolutely amazing bottomless brunch, we arrived 10/15 mins late due to trains, but was sitted straight away with a glass of Prosecco, the manager was really friendly and welcoming, ordered our first drinks straight away and the waitress we had was also very friendly constantly coming over to make sure we had drinks, we never waited for our next set of drinks as they would always arrive when having our last sips of the other drink. Food was lovely and comes in a pretty birdcage. Overall a 10/10 brunch and would definitely return, we managed 7 rounds of drinks.

Went to brunch on the 27th of December, this is by far the worst service I have ever received. In an hour and a half I have been served 2 drinks, the food selection was freezing, not just cold freezing. Staff have been completely uninterested and unhelpful, when you order a drink it just doesn’t come. I would never recommend this or come again, this isn’t to sound like a Karen but waiting an hour for a drink is shocking. Especially when we already paid up front and did not get our monies worth. I have been to many brunches that are busier and if you do not have the staff or ability to run the service. Don’t.

Ordered two drinks through the website as they required. Waited for 40 minutes and they ended up said there was a problem with the order. Because of my next schedule, I had to leave so I asked for a refund. The system was not able to refund to my overseas credit card, so they asked me to take some information and send an email to their company to get the refund. Two weeks later, now, they haven’t replied my email yet, and I even doubt the email they gave me was the wrong one. In general the service were alright(just alright and nothing more), but a waitress with dark curly hair was not taking customer’s words serious. As we asked her about our order, she just said our drinks were being prepared. Apparently they hadn’t even started making our drinks since they ended up tell me there was a systematic problem so they didn’t know about my order which I made 40 minutes ago. Avoid.

Rude and intimidating bouncer on the door who was aggressive for no reason - not a great start. We got a table and drinks order was taken then had to wait over 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive (and it wasn't busy). Completely unacceptable, no apology and each time I went over to the staff to find out where our drink were, they were clueless and dismissive. The took payment for the drinks beforehand so was charged nearly £20 service charge based on the cost of the round - this should have been refunded but the person I spoke with wasn't interested and said she couldn't do anything. Appalling service. Not the first time I've had a negative experience here and based on other reviews, it's certainly not a one-off! Far better bars around the area that are accommodating and friendly. Avoid this place.

Really good time at dirty martini. Myself and and 2 friends where attending an event near by and this showed up on the map on route we thought we would stop in for a drink around 5pm. We were very pleasantly surprised! Cocktails were on happy hour so around £6.50 the waitress wasn’t overly friendly but a manger did come out to explain the kitchen when one of us couldn’t eat egg. I thought that was very professional. We decided to order food and was really surprised. We got a sharing dish for 2 with a few chips and were blown away with what came out. We all had such a nice experience. We all said that we enjoyed the meal and would defiantly return and recommend to friends.

Yesterday was the first and last time I go to this place, I went with my mother and sister. We ordered 2 mojitos and 1 Martini, the bartender put the 3 glasses on the bar but he didn't start doing it but he asked 4 other people what they wanted for drinks, for some reason he served them first and left me waiting 45min for my drinks. Then when he made the 3 cocktails he threw one of them into the sink and charged me, when I paid I asked him where the third cocktail was as there were 3 and not 2 and he told me, he was not going to do anything for me because that was what I had asked for and that if I wanted something else I would have to wait for him to attend to the whole bar and I would be the last person to attend. I felt discriminated against and it was very disrespectful, very bad service. I went to talk to the manager to get my money back and just leave the place.

Not a great place. As previous reviews have also said. Went to my mate's 42 Birthday. We got asked to leave by the bouncers because they said we had too much to drink. First time I have ever been accused in 32 years of going out. I am just not that type of person. If they thought that. Why did they allow us to buy a £160 bottle of vodka 20 minutes before (which then we didn't get to drink or a refund). I think it was more related to the fact I had a limp and was 50 and didn't fit the type of people they wanted in the bar. Though the night the staff looked very unhappy. and service was very slow. Lots of nicer warm places to go than this place

Blew my nose, placed the tissue on table, corner of tissue accidentally caught fire, we was in shock. we couldn't pour our alcoholic drink on the flame, so we was flapping the tissue to blow it out frantically, Waitress saw, quickly blew the tissue onto me catching my top & trousers (complete accident), lucky i didn't get set alight. all was over in a matter of seconds, no one saw apart from the table next to us that checked if i was ok. Was ok, just felt embarrassed. & just wanted to forget about it & enjoy the night we pre paid for. 1. Why have real flame candles on a table with alcohol... fire hazard. - BE Careful! 2. Rude manager came over within 2 minutes of the incident, not to check on us but to kick us out, accusing us of doing this on purpose!!! Everyone that saw clearly knew this was a complete accident. So rude, embarrassing & not the way to treat customers. you could tell the waitress was scared of the manager too as she didn't stand up to her to tell her it was an accident, 3. we paid in full prior, only receiving 30 / 45 minutes of the brunch. totally not worth it. 4. food was hardly edible.

Visited Tuesday Night Happy Hour Cocktails - worth the visit I’ve been here quite a few times, I’m always passing by; never for a planned evening. Drinks & Staff are quality Venue is picture perfect Nice photo wall Nice stylish decor Clean venue inside bar and toilets Mixture of Ages, groups. Relaxed atmosphere Might not be all the time but when I last visited there was a smell when entering, only in the entrance not the bar area. This could be off-putting.

City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
