Booked a table for 6.15pm and 3 of us arrived a little early. Ordered a starter for the table and some drinks and were then rather pestered to order rest before the 4th member of our party had arrived. We enjoyed the food and the...More

Party of four of us had a pre-show meal, food and service excellent, Anna our waitress very friendly and attentive. Only grumble is that the drinks are a bit overpriced. Overall a very good experience and will definitely be returning.

Ordered pizza and pasta - wrong pizza arrived - couple on the next table said the same happened to them. Drinks arrived but not right, water ordered never came. Overall food OK but service disappointing for such a prestigious venue.

Pre-show meal. We didn't have overly high expectations and thought we would be going for convenience rather than food quality. However, we were really pleasantly surprised. The staff were fantastic, prices were reasonable and the food was served promptly and was great tasting. Pasta perfectly...More

Pre show lunch. Service was very efficient food quality first class. It is a tad expensive and they do add a service charge but well worth it.

Booked a table before the ballet at 7pm. Ate from the Christmas menu of Minestrone soup, Braised beef cheek and mash followed by Panettone pudding with ice cream. Excellent service and food. Will visit again.

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's
easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with
superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and
Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely
child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to
mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall)
such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming

Description
Verdi - Italian Kitchen is the only one of the Royal Albert Hall's restaurants open to non-ticketholders for lunch, dinner, and live music brunch on the weekends. The menu features delicious stone baked pizzas and Italian classics. Ingredients are sourced from the finest Italian food suppliers who are passionate about the quality, integrity, and flavour of their products. During the hours of 2pm - 4.30pm Tuesday to Sunday, it is the venue for the Hall's charming Afternoon Tea and Afternoon Tea with Opera. On some Fridays, it is also home to Free Friday Music. Due to its relaxed and casual atmosphere, and specially designed children's menu, the restaurant is also suitable for families. For more information or to make a reservation, please visit the Food & Drink section of the Royal Albert Hall's website.
