Among the best tacos available in town. Guacamole and salsa dip also very good. Reasonable prices and food amount.

I went with my friends last sunday around 8 o clock pm . The place is very nice. We ordered two negroni and one pinacolada . The bartenders are very professional and fast to make a nice cocktails. I noted only that The head bartender never looked the people face. Didn't keep the eyes contact and never smile but I... More

We came here after a hectic day in London, and before going to the theatre. The upstairs bar was calm and friendly, and most importantly, we could sit down at a table rather than in a line at a bar! We only wanted drinks, but all the food we saw looked great and was reasonably priced. We weren't sure if... More

This is a value for money Mexican with generous portions. It's very popular so gets crowded. Complimentary nachos and salsa is a nice touch . The chicken wings could easily serve two people. Open kitchen so you can see everything. Tasty cocktails. Only downside was the smell of the restaurant lingered on my clothes. Wouldn't stop me returning though!

We visited here before the theatre as we looked online and the photos looked good. However upon seating we waiting 10 minutes just to get a drink, the food was ok but could have been miles better and the frozen cocktail was so weak, if I were paying non happy hour prices I would have complained! Unfortunately this experience left... More

Great little restaurant that has got about 10 tables to cater for approx 50, also a busy little bar as well, the staff are very friendly and so helpful in helping you decide what to eat. The prawn fish fajitas are to die for.... More

This place is great. Food feels homemade and tastes superb. Portions very generous and chef's interact with customers as it's all open which adds to the fun. Service was speedy and friendly, just what you'd expect. The place is relaxed, fun and friendly. Tequila range fantastic naturally and waitress helped with a good recommendation. I'll be back for sure!

La Perla is different in a good way. They don't follow the basic mexican menu like other mexican restaurants. Their fish dishes are really amazing and they do the best margarita in Europe! :)

This used to be my hang out point in Covent Garden, absolutely love it! The atmosphere is always buzzing, food is great (try the chicken chimichangas, hmmmmm!) and service is equally good. They have a bunch of tequilas, I am sure you will find one that you like!

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
