Came in for lunch yesterday. From the minute we walked through the door the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Are food came out super quick, great veggie options for me and my partner. Service and the vibe were spot on. No faults at all.

First time at a Wagamama. Great service, super food and drink. Prompt service and clean environment. Four of us for £90 plus a well earned tip. Great fun and value. Will go again.

Another easy place to get quality food. Turned up at 5pm and got seated and served before we had even taken our coats off! The food came thick and fast and we were in and out within an hour. The most difficult part of our experience was leaving. By the time 6pm came, it was packed. The queue was out... More

Great food, fast service, and great location. After a long flight I was looking for some real food. The ramen was amazing compared to the ones in Paris that was about 2-4 euro cheaper. It was worth it. The service is kind weird considering you're not sure who is your server. I had one take my order, another one bring... More

Great food. Impressive new restaurant. Great service. Left to enjoy our meal at our own pace. No pressures on timings.

Had a quick meal at their outlet in Terminal 5 Heathrow Airport. This place was busy but service was pretty fast. The servers are all very professional and quick. Very good service, however the food was a letdown. Ordered their shirodashi ramen and was disappointed as the ramen was over-cooked and soggy, the broth and the grilled pork belly were... More

I was really impressed with this Wagamama! The queue was really long but staff were on top of getting everyone seated asap and gave everyone little taster teas whilst waiting. The drinks and food arrived really fast and all the staff were happy and smiling, which is unusual on a Saturday night when a restaurant is that crazy busy. Awesome... More

We order for 5, get food for 2, and then nothing. Only when we ask the staff why nothing more is coming in, are we told "the system broke down ". Oh, really? And you couldn't be bothered to tell us? One of the waiters, I'm sure he was a blast during the psychedelic 60s era, only said "it might... More
