I took my daughter and her three friends here after school. The whole floor was sticky, I was afraid that I would get stuck to it. Our order was taken fairly quickly but the food was slow in arriving. The drinks machine had run out of Pepsi syrup, which took around 20 minutes after being reported to change. My summary... More

Had low expectations, but Kids wanted to go for ice cream bar and top up drinks. This was the only positive. One pizza was unbelievably greasy (pepperoni), the other spicy chicken dried out. Both burnt. Add a bottle of wine and £70 for the privilege. Was starving as were kids , who both left half their small pizza as did... More

Pizza Hut Surrey Quays is a 10 minute walk from Surrey Quays Station. Visited for dinner on a quiet week day. I had a Veggie stuffed crust Pizza which was relatively good. The salad buffet had salad strewn all over it and a lack of salad bowls available. The staff were inattentive and overall the service needs improvement.

Visited here with an 8 year old grandson before visiting the adjacent cinema. It was perfect for that with a good value buffet allowing him to eat what and how much he wanted to. It is busy with children's parties but I did not object to that if they are enjoying themselves and our server was very pleasant and helpful.... More

This place is always full of noisy children having birthday parties and large noisy families, it's hardly classy or relaxing. But if you have the help yourself salad and share a large pizza it's not expensive. But not the place for a romantic or quiet meal!!

I don't go to pizzahut that often. But there wasn't much choice in the area. There's the Frankie and Bennys nearby to pizzahut. Pizzas were ok, average ingredients, although you may get equivalent with a frozen pizza at home. Service lacking attention to detail giving the number of adults menus for 3 children. Waitor didn't also hand the meals directly... More

I was in this restaurant two consecutive times because it was a nice experience. Free salad buffet even for dinner. Great "pan" pizza. Good staff. Plenty of children…happy atmosphere…sometimes noisy...

We went with family and friends for lunch after the cinema. The staff were really lovely and friendly- great! When I questioned them about the ingredients in the foods due to allergies I was told that the food comes in frozen and is put in the oven- nothing is cooked on the premises... Which is not that great for us!!... More

Nice pizzas but terrible service, table of 5 near us walked out after not having any orders taken since sitting down. When i asked if i could have any discount on the drinks as we had waited so long around 20 mins i was told right away that it was because we moved table just after we sat down. So... More
