Visited here on a whim and the customer service was awful right off the bat. The man behind the til had no patience and was very arrogant. The food was mediocre.

Downstairs area is great - big sofas, lots of tables, nice bustling atmosphere. The coffee was great - had a chai latte followed by a flat white. There is a cool selection of coffees I had never tried like charcoal latte and mermaid latte -...will be trying it out when I visit in future!!!More
Poor customer service, no water available, eggs and beans was served cold, not well presented and coffees came late.
Great place, delicious coffee. Good range of breakfast, relaxed atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Repeat customer and would visit again.
Ordered drinks and a cake. Drinks arrived without cake, enquired politely. Time passed, no cake delivered- asked a different member of staff. Finished drinks, no cake- asked again, eventually staff said our cake had been given to someone else ( though I had paid!) and...now that cake had run out. Offered an cookie instead which wasn't what we wanted and by then we'd finished our drinks. Not a very relaxing coffee catch-up when you spend teh whole time chasing up something you've paid for.More
My girlfriend and I revisited Cafe Zee on our first anniversary, as it was the venue for our first date. In my last review, I said I planned to try their food on my next visit and that’s what I did. As I suspected, the...food is good. I had the chicken pesto focaccia with big hearty slices of tomato inside. The bread was slightly charred from spending a few seconds too long under the grill, however the taste wasn’t affected. To follow I had a slice of tasty blueberry loaf with a thick layer of sweet, purple icing on top, and washed this all down with a smooth latte - all very enjoyable. My girlfriend similarly enjoyed her ham and cheese panini and fresh orange juice, and we spent a lovely afternoon eating, drinking and reminiscing.More
I wandering in Ealing trying to find somewhere for breakfast. Gails were doing a omelette slider, which is a miniature roll with egg for £6.50 !!! similar to what Pret sell for about £3.50 Popped across the road and saw Cafe Zee, menu looked good...everything made from scratch even the baked beans. Wanted the full english (greedy) but opted for the Eggs Benedict with home made hollandaise sauce....it was devine, the eggs were poached to perfection and the sauce was light and full of flavour. Coffee was also very good, smooth. What a find, will definitely be going back.More
The coffee is really good, the staff are very friendly. The sandwiches/rolls/toasties are delicious and a great size.
We haven't been in here for ages and decided to try it out for lunch. We both had the mushroom and feta focaccia and shared a medium sized salad and had a coffee each. The quality of the food was excellent especially the salads. The...coffee was great too. We managed to sit outside which was nice as well. The bill came to £21 which is fair for the quality.More
Besides the amazing coffee, food and cakes, it's fantastic for working there too (great internet, comfy seating). My favourite though is the friendly atmosphere and the lovely chats with the staff that make you feel at home 🙂
