You can't unfortunately, you can only post your review and the business can respond, and that is it. If you wish to discuss the response, then perhaps you could contact the venue directly? If we could all respond to a response, then the reviews would be huge! However, both reviewers and businesses are free to review and respond as they see fit, without the need to justify on both sides. Unless the response is wholly inappropriate, which you can report to TripAdvisor for review, then contacting the business directly to discuss is probably the best option.
