Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic evening & incredible, high quality cuisine at this Soho favourite of ours. I would especially like to personally thank Hassan for making us feel special & his brilliant service. He & the team gave me a birthday to remember by providing extra plates &...cutlery for a cake my daughters made & then brought out a delicious treat, complete with candle to make the evening special. Thanks Hassan & team for demonstrating your ability to provide hospitality at the highest level.More

Absolutely fantastic traditional Indian restaurant. There is a reason why this place has been around for so long! Great staff, very friendly and really lovely food. Fantastic coffee. We will be back. Unfortunately we didn’t realise the bill had no service charge included so we...didn’t tip, which I am mortified about. Next time, we will know, so sorry!More

We decided on this spot for a casual dinner of Indian food. It did not disappoint! Our server, Hassan, was friendly and helpful. We started with a good bottle of Pinot Noir and the pappadum appetizer. The appetizer was a large, thin, round crispy Indian...bread. This one came with two (maybe 3) which was more than enough as they were the size of a dinner plate. The papadum came with 3 dipping sauces and pickled onion. Hassan let us know that the best way to eat it was to use all the dips together. He was right! Delicious. We ordered Butter Chicken, Saag Paneer, and Chicken Tikka dry for mains along with a rice and naan. The food was timely and all of it was very good. The butter chicken was on the sweeter side, which is fine. The Saag paneer had great sautéed spinach and the chicken tikka dry (not masala in the gravy) was flavorful. Overall we enjoyed this meal thoroughly and would return here again. Excellent service and food.More
