This is a celebration for the mind and palate. The Tasting menu should not be missed. It is the absolute right portion and gives you a taste of the talent of the chef. This is for a very special meal.

£115 for tasting or £135 for the Chef's 'surprise selection. Wine flights are either £60 or £95 for the Classic tasting which I had last night and is very good.
