I was there on a business meal. It has a very cool atmosphere about it. It can get very noisy. We enjoyed the food, fantastic wine menu. Waiters are very busy so not always friendly or helpful. A good experience to have a meal in...More

This was my first time at Joe Allans since its move from Exeter Street. Any worries about changes were completely unfounded. Brick by brick, photo by photo it’s still the same wonderful place to grab a drink and a bite pre-, post- theatre (or even...More

Meeting friends in London we decided it was time to revisit JL. They have moved round the corner but have very much maintained the atmosphere. Service was fast and efficient and the food excellent - the squid was superb. Cannot fault the place

Having attended Joe Allen’s for a number of years now, they have always been great at catering for my lactose intolerance. Between my last visits I have ‘gone vegan’, whilst I understand there need to be items on the menu covering lots of allergies and...More
