Just had afternoon tea at the Mews first time there, a very pleasant experience, staff were very polite and helpful, food very tasty and just the right amount, atmosphere in the small room where we had tea very relaxing.

A wonderful restaurant, a great menu to suit all tastes, professional staff and a great ambience to suit. I can't wait to return.

We have been here before few time , this is why I selected to book again for the Valentine's Dinner. We enjoyed the Good choices on the set menu ( see the menu ). Delicious / Tasty food , good portions & filling. I have my reservations about the manager who obviously is new - he was rushing me to... More

Visited after many years. Cocktails over priced, badly made and far too much ice. Food average and chips sold as " triple cooked " was worse than an average chippy but five times the price !

Had a business lunch here last week and it was quiet at first but it soon picked up. The food was good, but a bit overpriced for what it was in comparison to other restaurants which surround it. We paid EUR 80 for 2 people with the full business works (sparkling water, main, dessert and sides).

We were a party of six out for a family meal on a Saturday night. The restaurant is very relaxed and the service excellent! We ate from the set menu card, on which there was a good varied selection that would satisfy most tastes. The staff were very helpful and attentive; I'm recovering from a back operation and they wasted... More

This was out first time attending Mews of Mayfair and unfortunately we were left with a sour taste in our mouths following afternoon tea. The location and setting is wonderful- it was just a shame that the service and quality of the food did not match up to these standards. A few points: 1) We were made to feel guilty... More

I had booked afternoon tea for my sister and I. Atmosphere in the cafe was lovely if a little dark. The service however was very disappointing. Waited half an hour for our cocktails to arrive and an hour (!) until we finally got the afternoon tea itself and that only after I complained to the staff three times. The staff... More

I've eaten here several times before and previously counted it as one of my favourite restaurants in London. However, last week we discovered that the overall quality of the food, drink and service has declined. It feels like they could be cutting costs. I had the Portland Crab to start, and the portion size was half it used to be... More

Description
Tucked away in Lancashire Court near Bond Street, Mews of Mayfair offers all of the perks of fine dining with none of the pomp. Whatever the occasion, the four floors of these two converted mews houses offer infinite possibilities. Unwind in the ground floor bar after work or relax in the deep leather sofas with a glass of champagne. A range of light snacks are available throughout day alongside an al fresco lunch time menu during the summer months. The first floor is home to an intimate and sophisticated restaurant that serves modern European cuisine. Hand stitched butterflies adorn the silk covered walls and white leather banquettes add a touch of elegance to the understated atmosphere. Finally, the glamorous late night lounge provides the perfect setting for after-dinner drinks.

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
