Any dish is tasty, you won't be disappointed. Service is much better than Soho China town in general, hence a bit pricy and slightly upper crust oriented in my view. Quite a large capacity but dinner time is quite busy, so booking is recommendable.

It was packed. If you're going on a Sunday lunchtime, book. A very good selection of dim sum, all well cooked. Very quick and accurate service, considering how busy they were. I've not done a "Lunch with the Comedians" for a while, so, Matt Lucas...was at the next tableMore
very good service and food, waiter Kee was very helpful and enthusiastic, chinese food was beyond compare
Hands down one of the best restaurants in London! The staff is amazing too. Especially 2 brothers that work together. My sons and I and my husband all feel this is the best Chinese food we've had in London. As good as our favorite place...back home called Lao. Amazing food at Phoenix Palace! Amazing food and amazing hospitality!!! I will recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. We love Chinese food and Chinese culture and we love the staff and food and service at your restaurant!More
Celebrated a family birthday in the Karaoke room which Cheong (a legend) made all the more memorable with his (rather) unique sense of humour. Drank, ate and sang our hearts out and still recovering a few days later. Life is made up of memories and...last Saturday adds to our family's. Food, as always, divine. Drink just as good and singing - well that's not for public performance just yet! Love you Phoenix Palace and see you very soon!More
First time here by chance as visiting Camden. Reviews encouraged us to try it. However this chinese is highly priced, close to double what one would pay outside London. Service was impeccable which is just as well or I'd have complained quite loudly. Mixed starters...are nothing shirt of embarrassing (criminal a better term for it) for the price over £12 a head for a tiny spring roll each, a small rib each, one tiny square of prawn toast each and two tablespoons of crispy seaweed. Wouldnt give you £5 in total for what turned up on the plate. 🙄😕 Be careful selecting dishes here. Rice was great and the noodles but the fish had ten tons of salt on it. Virtually inedible. Other mains ok if small in size. Will need to eat again on way home which is an indictment of itself. So where does that leave us? Nice decor, nice atmosphere, exceptional service but let down by outrageously overpriced fare. Will be back in London again but sadly wont be back here. Clearly other reviewers see something here that escapes me. Maybe its Marleybone and this is the best given the locale, but I've had miles better meals value wise in recent months for 40% - 50% less even in Paris and Brussels. Disappointing.More
If I’m going to be completely honest , my family has been gatekeeping this amazing restaurant for more than 10 years. This restaurant is the BEST Chinese we have EVER had.All our good memories come from here. The service is great , VERY fast. The food is INCREDIBLE!The...crispy beef is just simply delicious. The dim sum comes hot and sticky(in a very good way). This place has amazing decor , amazing food , amazing service .This place is a MUST when going to London.More

Very good dining experience. Authentic Chinese dishes, delicious food, great service. The place looks nice. The entire staff is very attentive, the beverages and the food arrived in the proper order. There isn’t really anything negative to say about this place.
Great location with good transport links. Inside the restaurant there is a nice atmosphere, the decor is tastefully done. The menu has a wide variety of dishes, so something for everyone. The food is well presented. Some of the staff seemed to find it difficult...to understand us, but we managed to get our order made eventually. Great tasing food, so if in the area would come back.More
We had a great time. Excellent service and incredible food. Our waiter, Kee, is very attentive and helpful.
Great food, very attentive service - Kee was very helpful in making sure we had sufficient quantities of food and drink ! It is a large restaurant, and having read some reviews saying that the restaurant was busy and lively, we were a little apprehensive....However, the staff were welcoming and it was lively - full of people enjoying their dinner - but certainly not too loud!More
This is a very large traditional Chinese restaurant. Busy, bustling, and full of atmosphere. The menu choices are extensive with plenty of interesting dishes. Portions are generous and the food was excellent. It is not expensive, in fact for a London restaurant it is very...good value. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, particularly Cheong. We had a great meal and a great evening.More
The food was superb, the service and atmosphere was great. I am a seafood person, i enjoyed the soft shell crab, whole seabass in black bean sauce. Kee was the waiter that served us, he was exceptional, friendly and at the same time professional. It...was a lovely evening.More
