I've been returning here yearly when I visit an old friend in town and the food was always excellent. Unfortunately they've had a facelift and it seems a change of chefs. We both thought the food was sub-standard, stringy chicken and tough lamb. The vegetable dish was small and inadequate, rice OK, bread not so. Sorry, but we'll be looking... More

Couple of Americans hankering for something different in London. Stopped by this place on our walk to hotel. Very clean, small and quaint. Excellent standard Indian food. Highly recommend!

The food is very oily and tasteless. The service is also really bad, we waited about an hour for our food. They kept giving importance to the delivery orders. But even delivery with this restaurant doesn't work, we tried placing an online order and the food was delayed by 45 minutes and quality was sub par. Avoid at all costs!

The food here is fresh, affordable and delicious! I did not know South Indian cuisine and was pleasantly surprised. I had the masala dosa, the ginger chicken, vegetables in sweet coconut sauce and traditional Kerala bread (forgot name). I highly recommend this local joint.

We were given the gift of a voucher from our daughter via Gastro Pub & Restuarant Dining (an outfit I would certainly warn you away from as they were awful) Anyway, having trawled through the pitiful amount of London based restaurants we finally settled on Ragam in Cleveland St, London. My wife made a trip into London especially to meet... More

As a recent reviewer put it, Ragam is an institution. Pound for pound, it probably is the best Indian restaurant I have visited in London. This is why we keep coming back to this poky, out of the way place when there are dozens of good Indian restaurants much closer to home. Fish moillee was just as we are used... More

Ragam is an institution near us, but we started coming long before I ever dreamed we might live nearby. Nowadays we probably average about once a week if we're in town. The food is consistently interesting and good, and excellent value for money. At one time they had a review in The Guardian, after which they were very busy and... More

First time in this restaurant and certainly will be returning, went on a Friday evening with a group of eight friends. Manager was friendly and welcoming the food was superb. Had the mushroom pancake to start followed by chicken tikka masala both I would thoroughly recommend.

I came here with 2 friends on a Friday night. We wouldn't have got in had I not booked in advance, as it's a small restaurant and was fully booked. We shared a massala dosa and onion bhaji to start, both very tasty. Then we shared a fish curry and a the Beef Ularathiyathu - both were fragrant dishes and... More
