We dined in the downstairs restaurant last Sunday evening and my first reaction when studying the menu was the price. I had a quick look at the menu on the Reuben's website prior to visiting, however they don't publish any prices which is a bit...More

Me and my boyfriend went there as we heard great things from friends who have eaten there before. It definitely lived up to our expectations. The food was delicious both me and my boyfriend enjoyed it, the salt beef was the best I've ever tasted...More

I happen to like it, because it has the best salt beef, chopped liver and chicken soup in London. Pricey? Yes, but kosher food isn't cheap anywhere, let alone when served in a restaurant. Today we had a charming, helpful and smiling Galician lass who...More

We took our grandson for a meal and we all enjoyed it. They were particularly helpful with choices for our grandson, who has coeliac disease - they cooked his chips separately, so they were gluten free, and he was over the moon. They also provided...More

We went out for our anniversary with friends and on the whole were disappointed. As we find the basement stairs difficult we decided to eat upstairs. Here it is a kind of counter service which they call a buffet. We began with four chicken soups...More

I had a lovely, quiet and relaxing dinner. Not cheap, but didn't expect it to be. I had a delicious fish and a good cup of wine. And enjoyed the privacy of the basement. The service was excellent and not invasive. Would recommend for discreet...More

Rubens has a monopoly for kosher food around Baker Street and my, do they know it! I went there for lunch with a friend and we decided to go to the restaurant on the lower floor - rather than the ground floor cafeteria. It turned...More

After a day of trekking around London, it was a relief to enjoy a bowl of Matzo ball soup! We enjoyed our meals at Reubens & chatted with the people at the table next to us. Highly recommend, even if you don't keep kosher.

Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods
cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience.
Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged
between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the
southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of
Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as
pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The
bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it
