Visited the tamarind on 2/7 for dinner. First time. Lovely food, very delicate flavours. Although the restaurant was busy we were never rushed. Good experience. Price of wine can be a tad expensive.

Very pleasant staff, great interesting food. Could do with a little mor spice when actually cooked. The accompanying sources had spice. Had the £75 taster menu, excellent variety.

Description
Michelin-starred Tamarind presents an elegant take on Indian cuisine from its gilded dining room in chic Mayfair. The inventive menu is rooted in traditional Moghul cooking, with fish, meat and game dishes brought forth from the Tandoor oven in an authentic north-west Indian fashion. Muted tones and attentive service make the restaurant a smart yet convivial destination.
