Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Ate here x3 times over a weekend stay in London and was delighted each time. Paella and Sunday roast rump beef were stand out meals. The food is excellent and the whole pub environment just right. Hope to be back.

Atlas was located near our VRBO in West Brompton, so on our final night in London we stopped by for a few pints. Outside this looks like a pretty small pub but inside (and on the outdoor patio that connects from within) there is a...lot to Atlas. We couldn't believe how packed it was and just barely found seats. Not surprisingly the bar only takes credit cards for payment. Our draft beers were cold and tall. I do wish we would have tried the food at Atlas - every order that we saw go by to a table looked amazing and on their special menu board a lot of items were crossed off, which is a great sign!More

We were in the area and decided to use Google to find somewhere for dinner. We weren't disappointed. Friendly staff both FOH and behind the bar. Good selection of really interesting food, as well as the usual burgers. Highly recommend

I went to a funeral of a 20 year old today. I am in The Atlas and had a wonderful meal and comforting service from Amy. Highly recommend.

In the 1990s, I lived in Seagrave Road & in the 2000s & 2010s, I worked in Lillie Road. For most of the 25 years between 1992 & 2017, I was regularly in The Atlas. The service was good & the staff were friendly. I'm...now back working in the area & colleagues invited me out for a drink after work. I went to the bar, which was busy, and naturally expected those already there to be served first. What I didn’t expect was for all of those who came to the bar after me to be served while I still waited. Staff stood around chatting rather than serve me. They stacked glasses and virtually leapt towards anyone who approached the bar. After 10 minutes of being ignored, I was eventually served when other patrons insisted I was served before them. It was such a different environment compared to my last visit in 2017, yet the only thing that had visibly changed was my gender. I'm still struggling to come to terms with the way I've was treated this evening, which I haven't experienced at pubs in Central, West and South West London, including The Prince, just a few yards from The Atlas. On the basis of this evening, I have to conclude that The Atlas is not a welcoming place for trans and non-binary people.More

Had a lovely Sunday Roast. Beef was pink and tender. Great taste! Great selection of wines and beers too. Nice and quick service. Very characteristic location too, traditionally british. I would definitely go back!

Overall the atmosphere of the place is really nice and the staff was very friendly! Sadly the food was horrible. I ordered a risotto and it arrived all watery with spring onions on it… which not only it’s not in the original recipe but it...wasn’t mentioned on the menu so I kindly asked if they could remove it. They bring it back and when I tasted it I almost felt sick it was incredibly salty. I love salt in my food but this was just next level, so much so I wondered if it was done on purpose. I then decided to order something more “English” instead and ordered the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes. It took so long to arrive I just left :(More

I just paid £18 for a smalll beer and a glass of red. Beer was ok but the wine at £9 a glass was a disgrace, I tasted like the washed out the pipes and put it in a glass. I worked opposite the atlas...for 6 years . First time back in 2 years . Did the management change and decide to rip off the public and sell substandard drinks. I won’t be returning and will tell my friend in the large office building across the roadMore

Recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. We were staying at the nearby Ibis, popped in for a beer after the London Wonderground and then went back the next evening for dinner. Lovely atmosphere; great beer; fab food and awesome staff. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely pub and fantastic to finally have a normal afternoon out! But please be aware of the service charge that is added to your bill!! This is not explained by the bar staff and to have your drinks brought to your table,...as you are unable to queue inside, there is added an added charge of £1.45! On top of prices rising, austerity in the the very near future, adding these extra charges will I’m afraid make me think twice about visiting again! Yes the hospitality industry has had it extremely hard but these extra charges make me more inclined to arrange social occasions at home rather than opt for a night out at the pub! Please don’t push away your loyal customers!More

I booked a table for myself and a few work colleagues for dinner and drinks. It was great to be out after such a long time and a lovely place to have my first pint after lockdown! I had the saffron and pea risotto which...was delicious and everyone else said they enjoyed their meals too. Extensive food and drinks menus and so lots to choose from. The beer garden was perfect - nice ambience and there are patio heaters so we kept toasty and the tables are nicely spaced out. The table service was exceptional - friendly, efficient and quick. Thanks to all at The Atlas Pub!More
