I especially liked the miso soup and sushi. Reasonably priced and very good food. Bento boxes are very good as well. Upstairs is probably better if you are in a hurry and just want to grab a quick bite.

This place is consistently good and reasonably priced. They have small tablea downstairs and an area where you eat in a traditional way by sitting on the floor. I order a chirashi and my friend had the katsu curry both served with miso soup. Each...More

Upstairs is good for lunch on-the-go, downstairs is ideal for a celebration lunch. The bento box is superb as is the black cod with teriyaki sauce. Not crazy prices given the outstanding quality of the food. Will definitely be back.

Had a lovely lunch in here today. Booked a table in the basement dining room at one of the sunken tables where one has to take one's shoes off. Beautiful food, excellent service and a really enjoyable lunch. It somehow felt almost liberating and extra...More

Just OK on all levels. The restaurant in the basement is uninspiring and somewhat dated. Our food was adequate, yet pricey. Service was transactional at best. WCs badly need refurbishing as appear old and tatty. If this place wants to compete with some of the...More

Nice restaurant close to St. Paul's Cathedral. Our table was in the basement where we were asked to take off our shoes before walking on the tatami-like floor. Generous portions but slightly pricey. The ramen bowl was huge and delicious! Apparently, there's the possibility to...More

Frankly I'm not sure about this place. Some people fro fake kneeling, some sit. The food is generous of portion and served in big bowls but is a poor apology for Japanese. We were in and out of the basement in double quick time, but...More
