This was my favourite lunch spot when Christmas shopping, always an interesting and well cooked menu. I visited yesterday with some friends and was really disappointed. The staff are nice and friendly but the food is over cooked. My medium-rare roast beef came out leathery...More

If you want to have your afternoon drink in a civilized atmosphere this is your place! A nice bar, posh local clientele, friendly service. Excellent kitchen, too. I guess this in the Knightsbridge answer for a pub. Many of the customers sip campagne or wine...More

I just popped in unannounced on a Friday evening and was able to get a table. I had one of the specials which was grilled bream with sweet potatoes. It was served promptly and was piping hot. Perfectly cooked fish, although the capers overwhelmed it...More

We called without booking, and were lucky enough to find a table. Booking is recommended, though! As on previous visits, the food was very well cooked, and there was plenty of choice. As we arrived before 7pm, we were offered a free glass of wine...More

Description
Described by some as ‘the only bar in town for ladies who lunch’, one look at The Enterprise tells you why. A clean white exterior presided over by gleaming gold signage, door flanked by manicured bay trees, this is clearly an upscale spot reflecting the tastes of the well-heeled locals of South Kensington. Inside a country house style continues the sophisticated theme. High ceilings, sash windows and elegant cream swagged curtains surround red striped banquettes. At a long mahogany bar deep red stools are perched upon by drinkers while at immaculately laid tables diners enjoy good British food with an added hint of Italian sunshine.
