The seafood pasta is de-lish! Order a nice bottle of Sancerre and enjoy the upscale friendly neighborhood vibe. Service was outstanding! Ask for Alessandra. Lovely and speaks Italian beautifully.

Best pizza in town and wonderful / charming staff (especially Lucas on his 2md day). Just love this place!
We went with some friends and the food was very mixed. The pizza is ok but stay away from the pasta. There was a puddle of oil at the bottom of the dish and was inedible. The service was ok but nothing great. Will only...be sticking with the pizza in future.More

Been coming to Le Cochonnet for nearly twenty years.... Still a great pizza.... Highly recommend this restaurant...
Dear Sissythatwalk, Thank you so much for this positive feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Best regards, Le Cochonnet
Nice place and atmosphere but extremely low quality customer service! Waitress was playing on her phone. I had to go to the bar and ask her to take my order even that were seated front of the bar. She didn't had any idea about the...soup of the day or what is the beers served in the restaurant. As a new residents in Maida Vale we were looking for cozy regular place for lunch or dinner. However we are bit disappointed from that placeMore
Pictures below show the good quality of food and despite the bistro type feeling, the service has a lot to be desired. Lat time we visited it was explained as a shortage of staff. Since the Covid pandemic they have a lot of tables and...chairs outside lining the pavement, which are difficult to service despite their usual staffing. On this visit approximately a month later, the service was still disappointing, noting staff chatting to the kitchen chefs without any acknowledgement that their were customers. I had to raise my hand for some time to get their attention 3 times. While this an informal bistro type of operation, and we are local residents supporting their business, they really to need to up their game.More
They served my fiend, who has a severe and potentially life threatening allergy to eggs, lasagna made with egg pasta, even though the menu clearly stated it had no eggs and the wait staff confirmed this. Luckily in this case the mistake was realised early...on but despite being aware of their serious error, they still have not corrected their menu since this incident although 1 month has passed. Clearly they have little regard for their customers.More
Beautiful family run restaurant. Delicious high quality food at very affordable prices. Sunny Terrance out front, discrete oasis outside at back. Close to Little Venice and Pad Rec. wonderful staff. Charming and friendly. Nice decor and ambience. Good place for celebrity spotting. Overall I would...highly recommend this place over all others in London. The chefs in the open kitchen do an amazing Job. Pizza to die for but varied selection of food. Eggs Royal in the morning. French Italian inspired food. Wine bar in evening. Always interesting music playing and great conversations flowing.More
Dear tewceramics, Thank you so much for the excellent review. We are glad you had an amazing experience with us and we hope to see you soon. Best regards, Le Cochonnet
BEWARE: there is no reason why a restaurant should be charging a service charge when you go and collect a phone-order take-away. I think it is unreasonable just sneak that extra charge onto a take-away bill without telling the customer. When we raised the issue...we were told that they always do that and they were not very happy about being asked to take it off. When I dine in a restaurant I am always happy to pay a service charge. When I have a delivery, I am always happy to pay a delivery charge and to tip the rider. But when collecting a take-away there is no reason why a service charge should be made .More
On a sunny January day we enjoyed delicious pizzas on the back patio under warm heaters and twinkles of fairy lights. Great and fast service. Highly recommended.
Dear marcusgK4757MG, Thank you for choosing us and for sharing your feedback. We hope to see you soon. Best regards, Le Cochonnet
Booked a table earlier in the day and got there for 7pm for my daughters 16th and ordered food . While waiting some people turned up and sat on table next to us with a dog and all got there food before us including the...dog . 45 mins later still waiting for food the conversation changed to ( where’s our food ) Unfortunately they forgot about us and was very embarrassing to the point where we left as the DOG probably got a better service . So the moral of this review is if you got a dog it’s perfect place for your evening out , if you wanna sit next to a dog while your eating . I even had to lint roll my jacket when I got home . Give it a wide birth . Maybe pedigree chum on the menu might help 🥂More
Very very poor customer service i have ever seen in London, I dont believe the waiters get any basic training. You have to wait for ages even to pay the bill, waiters confuse the tables and orders, absolute disinterest judging by their behaviour even to...improve and some are defensive to honest and constructive feedback, I am not even sure that the owner is interested to improve the customer service.More
As a nearby resident and normally a frequent customer, excluding lock down, I was disappointed on this occasion. Service although friendly, was rather poor but I did leave a cash tip! The Sharing plater (photo) was excellent but the Putanesca Pizza was very wet despite...being black on the underside (possibly because there were too many red onions which may have caused the centre to be wet) and unable to roll up the segments because so wet, needing a knife and fork.More
I took my two little kids for dinner and after 45 minutes we were still waiting when suddenly I see the waitress who took our orders serving 2 other tables that ordered 15 minutes after us. It's a shame because the food looks delicious! Obviously...we left without eating and very disappointeda nd disrespected!More
We had a lovely dinner, pizzas (they were huge!!! but so delicious we ate them all up!) out on the back terrace with fairy lights. It was very pleasant, The waiter was super friendly and helpful as well. Thank you for contributing to our lovely...evening. We will be back!More
