New visit to this pub was for a brief lunch, I don't recommend if you are short on time. I asked the waitress if it was possible to have lunch relatively quickly, she mainly ignored the question and rushed to take our orders. Trusting this request would have been easily understood, we actually waited over 20-25 minutes for a venison... More

Excellent beer selection and food. Visited the Lowlander Grand Cafe for lunch, but of course had a fair few Belgian beers whilst I was there! Great service, interior, beer and food. Can't fault it and is a great place for genuine Belgian beer both bottled and on draught. Reminded me of my brief stint living out in Brussels. You pay... More

After visiting Brussels and Bruges, this place brought back amazing memories. I've been searching for a place like this since I got back. Would recommend to beer lovers. For those who prefer something sweeter or interesting there's plenty of choice. Can't wait to visit again!

Popped in for a drink, great place, attentive staff a calm from the afternoon chaos and a chance to rest our feet. Asked for a wiesbeer recommendation, really delicious and fortifying!

Met a friend for lunch today in Covent Garden and she suggested this. Lovely cafe style restaurant and just perfect for a relaxing lunch. There is a huge choice of small dishes perfect for sharing and an absolutely mind blowing choice of beers. Well worth a visit. Staff were friendly and helpful too - will certainly be back soon.

Good atmosphere and massive selection of beer. I went with my partner and the 3x 1/3 pints are perfect for sharing and sampling some beers. Staff are very knowledgeable about the beers and to top it off the food is very good!! We will be back with friends next time!

Have Friday lunches here regularly. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. They have a varied menu that is updated regularly. The Belgian beers they serve complement the food perfectly. My current favourite, wild boar burger, double Dutch fries washed down with a pint of Lowlander pilsner. Good for after work drinks too.

Great for Belgian beers, and good selection for all tastes. Sadly the food was average. I would recommend here for drinks with small to large groups. Good service!

The place really does excellent service. The beer selection is extensive although a little overwhelming for the novice. We had 6 friends for beer and dinner post-Warhorse (theatre across the road). We were slightly earlier than booked but our table wasn't ready so we had a drink at the bar. The layout was very continental. We only ordered main courses... More
