Stopped here for lunch whilst touring the Churchill war rooms. Fairly limited menu – cakes, drinks & rolls – ok quality but nothing special. I’m surprised they don’t make more use of the Churchill/war theme in the menu, decoration, furniture or atmosphere (perhaps some forties...More

Had a tea and sandwich for lunch here, all of which was fine, as was the abience of the room we were served it, however the young man service could do with a gentel nudge towards being more customer focussed

This small eatery offers an oasis of rest and refreshment from touring the War Rooms. Soup, sandwich, tea deliciously reviving. Touring the War Rooms is a sobering experience, having a chance to take a break, sit down, and be nourished is well worth it. Prices...More

Not good when we visited. Around £5-£6 for what turned out to be rather ordinary filled baps, very limited menu choices, and overpriced cakes that we did not try. Perhaps we picked a bad day, but will not go back as many other museum cafes...More

Food beautifully displayed with lots of choice. Gluten free cakes available. We had a much needed cup of tea and cake. Good service. Table could have benefited from a wipe down.

Take a break with refreshment and I listened to some more of the tour on the audio whilst seated. Average price for the area where I could stay calm and drink a nice cuppa.

We stopped at the cafe for a much needed refuel whilst visiting the War Rooms. We both had soft drinks and a piece of cake each, both were delicious and appeared home made. Good value for a London attraction. The tables looked like they needed...More

Have had two visits - soup was lovely and this time the cakes and bakes were gorgeous too. Great service both times.

We were glad to sit here after our tour. Very Artisan, unusual rolls and hot food available, also gorgeous cakes. Still underground so no natural light.

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the
architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are
