Ashamed of being Italian myself and seeing these type of restaurants that are considered “Italian” asking for embarrassing prices for the worst Italian food. My partner got a tris of raw fish (salmon, tuna and scallops) which came as a duo without scallops, the manager...apologized as she didn’t tell us and she took the meal off the bill. I decided to order tagliatelle al cinghiale (boar ragù), however it was extremely salty and that meat was 100% cow, I didn’t want to complain because it was already embarrassing and I just mentioned to a waiter that to me that meat was not 100% boar, it has not been taken off the bill. Tagliatelle al tartufo (black tartufo) 38£ with truffle oil because the truffle was not even tasty enough is like adding perfume and in Italy you won’t have truffle oil in restaurants. Risotto piselli gamberi e stracciatella was not even a risotto mantecato that was a warm RISO with peas purée. I felt scammed and I hope that one day these fake Italian restaurants will be banned. I am sorry for English people that think that they are eating wild boar when they are eating a cow spezzatino.More

Used to be a good family favourite, service was poor, food was either microwaved or soggy and Caesar salad was shocking. Foccacia was just a normal garlic bread with so much cheese you couldn’t lift it up by hand, needed a knife and fork and...was burnt on the bottom. Asked for it to be taken off the bill and the manager came over and took the money and didn’t apologise. £150 for 3 main course and 2 cocktails. Not worth it at all.More

Only let down was the service could have been better they were friendly enough but just not attentive & drinks/food took a while to arrive (an issue staff resolved before we left the venue) ... however when it did arrive not one person was disappointed...with what they ordered !! There was 13 of us & every single dish we ordered was so full of flavour! Portions were also very generous. Would definitely return during quieter period!!More

This is the worst Italian meal I’ve ever had. I have no idea how you can get food so tasteless. I left my risotto as it tasted of water. We were a large group and at the end of our meal, my daughter said she’d...left her pasta as it was also bland. The chips were tasteless and the pizzas bog standard. We had send a steak back as we’d asked for well done and it was bleeding. But the most dishonest thing was the water. They constantly kept cracking open a bottle and filling glasses. No one asked for extra water and it was impossible to stop them. They had poured it before you could catch their eye. It’s so noisy they can’t, or pretend not, to hear you. £48 on water is just obscene. Most of it was left! As was the focaccia they brought out without asking. Another £28 for dry toast. I was totally livid and appalled by this disgraceful and dishonest restaurant.More

Dinner with my daughter on Saturday evening. Lots of reviews say family friendly - maybe for lunch definitely not for dinner. The music was so loud it's like a bar not a restaurant - dj downstairs but noise all around. The decor is nice and...the staff very helpful and attentive. No half portions for younger children. It's priced as most nice restaurants in London but the food it's average. If you are looking to have pizza is ok but for good quality food you need to choose somewhere else. Felt very commercial, lots of young people around. I had the clams linguine which had lots of sand and I ended up with a chipped tooth. The waiter/manageress were very understanding and didn't charge us for it. It was my daughter's birthday treat trip to London so they did an ice-cream with a candle which was a nice touch. We visit London a lot but we won't be returning.More
