On the outskirts of China Town, it means is less busy, better value and a with tables available when you arrive. Been here about two years ago, and experienced the same. A good place to eat lunch, for example.

This is a great place for quick, good and inexpensive Asian food in town. The pad thai and thai milk tea were absolutely delicious. The service was not particularly outstanding but it was quick.
The welcome was warm and friendly and we enjoyed the lively atmosphere. Our order of Pad Thai with sides of sweet and sour chicken, and spicy chicken and cashews was taken by the waitress who I felt hovered so as to speed our selection up....More
I had the dumplings and noodles, which was very nice and tasty. Food is reasonably priced, service is quick. Good place to visit if on a budget.
The noodles were totally tasteless and also the soups. It was like "plastic" food, nothing special. The staff unfortunately was unfriendly and we felt a kind of undesirable. We would not recommend it.
