After a fabulous holiday in Bali last year I was looking forward to a tasty lunch. However I found the dishes to be lacking flavour and had to ask for sambal with the Mee Goreng, which was really just like a Chinese noodle dish. Staff seemed bored and uninterested. Really enjoyed a bottle of Bintang!

We had the set 2 course menu. Although we were not sure the food would be sufficient; it was plenty, freshly made and very tasty. As we were going in a passerby recommended the restaurant... As for the pudding.. we have to back just for that. The service was friendly and professional...very welcoming! I said to my wife we have... More

Friendly and tasty pre show lunch. Quiet on a Wednesday at 12.30pm. Recommend the red duck Thai curry!

Went to Bali Bali to celebrate my birthday with friends, it was great. We had so much food the table wasn't big enough. The staff was really nice and helpful. We had a really good time. The beef with a sort of soy sauce (if I remember well) is amazing and the rice is cooked perfectly. You can see and... More

I would consider my husband and I as regulars here. We were really looking forward to having our favourite dishes but found that the quality of most dishes have unfortunately deteriorated. Another thing which ruined our dinner was this one waiter whom has consistently provided poor service not only on previous visits, but also yesterday evening. He often rush things... More

A great taste of authentic Malaysian, Indonesian etc. food. The set meals are great and really suit someone wanting a nice meal before going to a show. Also good location for most shows.

An utterly authentic Indonesian restaurant in London's West End, Bali Bali goes from strength to strength, constantly gaining new fans among locals and visitors alike. Classically decorated in simple tones and unfussy furnishings, Bali Bali has a pleasingly relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere and efficient service from staff who know the menu well. For the many years that Bali Bali has been a fixture on the London dining scene the kitchen has only improved, perfecting the traditional regional Indonesian dishes which delight customers with their balance of flavour and heat. The lunchtime and pre-theatre menus are an ideal introduction to Indonesian food or, if you can't decide, simply give chef free reign over your dining experience.
