It definitely used to be much better there. Savoury crepes are to dry, sweet ones were good. Service was okay maybe a little bit slow. I am not sure if we will go again there,I would rather try some of the nearby restaurants.

The Kensington Creperie is a delightful small restaurant near the South Kensington underground station, suitable for a light meal or a dessert crepe at any time of day. Children find it particularly attractive. My granddaughter, age ten, joins in this recommendation.

It was OK, not great for the cost of it. Could have been a lot better. Shakes weren't bad. Pancakes itself were...ok... Don't go here unless you want to spend a lot of money

Have been here at least five times. Consistently excellent crepes of all sorts. Atmosphere is just ok.

The crepes are okay but nothing amazing and this place is sooooooo expensive. I really don't think its worth the hype.

I used to come here a few years ago and it was gorgeous! Now it has expanded and it become commercial: crepes are not made fresh but re-heated, filling is sparse ... Very disappointing!!!

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience at Kensington Creperie. I was overcharged for the waffle I ordered, on the menu for £5.95 and charged at £6.50 When I questioned this they only agreed to take the extra money off the optional service charge they added to the bill. Which is not taking it off at all. When we refused... More

Had a great meal here a couple of years ago! Went for lunch. Milkshake was a warm brown liquid they called a chocolate milkshake, was very poor quality and overpriced for the quantity. The Banana Split pancake was cold and had about 6 pieces of banana with an overload of nutella - not nice totally cold. Wife had the special... More

Used to love this place, was one of my favourite dessert spots in all of London and used to tell all friends and family to check it out but since new management have taken over recently, the variety in the menu as well as the quality of the food has completely deteriorated. Don't know why anyone would change a winning... More

There was no que but had to wait quite a while to order 2 hot drinks to take away, we were asked to sit and wait, then stand, then stand somewhere else, I asked to pay (twice) and the staff thought I had already paid, drinks took ages and were barely luke warm, the hot chocolate was not very nice... Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
