I visited the Parlour yesterday for a mid afternoon coffee and milkshakes with my family. We were in London for my sisters 9th birthday and she wanted to visit to have one of F&Ms famous ice cream Sunday / Milkshake. I had previously been a couple of years before and had remembered it being a nice cafe to visit and... More

The little cone on the side of my coffee (see photo) really tickled me - a nice touch - plus the coffee was delicious, and for once less expensive than my companion's pot of tea. Mid Saturday morning it was also really quiet. I loved the colour scheme too.

Eat here regularly, and will keep going back, it is expensive but worth it, the ice cream sundae are amazing.

I was trying to decide between having afternoon tea at the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon or at The Parlour. My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the Jubilee Tea Salon on a prior visit so I was leaning towards that more. But I'm glad we came to The Parlour because it was more appropriate for our kids. They... More

Dissppointing Afternoon tea at F&M was recommended by a friend Lovely pot of tea, juice and sorbets but the service was very average and the scones were stale Sorry F&M, but thought that you should know about this!

Fortnum and Mason is my favourite department store in London and this is a little gem :) Really gorgeous decor and lovely food - especially love the ice cream! 🍧 A bit pricey but worth it :)

We went as a treat. The chocolosso was yum and the mango sorbet is delicious. Staff are really friendly and the setting is fun. We really enjoyed it but felt £15 total Was a little steep. Go for a treat.

Just visited for sorbet. We were happily shown a table and offered the menu. One portion of mango and one raspberry. Nice glass dish and good portions. Service great. Nice stop for something quick.

Went for my 30th birthday on Saturday just gone. Lovely experience. Food was delicious, I had the welsh rarebit which was very tasty! The scones and cake selection were great and loved them all. What made the experience was the customer service, we were looked after by a Spanish waiter apologies I can't remember his name but he really looked... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
