The Willow Bough is situated on Watery Lane facing The Rush, adjacent to the Nelson Hospital SW19 and on the opposite side of Kingston Road to the Leather Bottle pub. It is a traditional tea room and caterer which serve a traditional breakfast to order,...lunch and of course tea with homemade cakes including gluten-free and sugar-free. There is also usually a selection of handmade gifts and cards made by local artists available for sale. It has a very child friendly and accommodating atmosphere with something artistic going on or in preparation almost all the time where nothing is too much trouble. This is a comparatively small place which can get a bit crowded and parking locally can be difficult but it is certainly the place to visit if what you are after is a superb cup of tea of freshly made coffee and cake. There are other places nearby that do tea and coffee with food but I know where I would rather be and thoroughly recommend the Willow Bough for real homemade cooking.More

Thought we would support local business not the usual chain coffee shop but Wow how expensive £10.10 for a small coffee, lemonade and 2 extremely small bite size plain muffins. Lovely helpful friendly staff we were the only 2 people in the tea room. Just...too expensive I'm afraid!More

At least once a month an ex work friend and myself meet for lunch at the Willow Bough.It is so nice there I can take 2 dogs who are given a bowl of water. Absolute terrible food and drinks. Do not go here and staff so rude. Prices are a joke for the service you receive.

Thank you to Clare and her team for making us feel welcome at Willow Bough. She made adjustments to the menu to suit the little ones and her and her staff were always very attentive. There were even toys and books to keep them entertained....The cake was delicious and nothing beats that homemade touch. We will be back!More

I visited this lovely tea room after an appointment at the Nelson medical centre. I’m so glad I did! The wonderful breakfast was just what I needed! Tasty scrambled eggs on seeded toast; lovely, strong coffee and I followed it with a piece of homemade...cake. The owner, Clare was a delight to chat with as she was so friendly!
