Terrible service. Pretenscious. Spilt a drink over client and proceeded to clean the floor! No apologies and didn’t try to even make it a nice experience. Left after not eating. Came here for my husband’s special birthday with our son, daughter and family. It was totally ruined by Rude arrogant staff will never be back. AVOID!!!!!!

First visit to Sexy Fish and will certainly return. The drinks menu was fantastic, service was good and the vibe was great!

Served by Andreis who told us that as he double ordered that we would be taught a lesson and now get served by bar then the manager PHILIPE (supervisor) that yhats not something he believes would be said !

First time to the Sexy Fish and we were both very impressed. From the initial welcome to the table service, the food, wines and the entire ambience was truly very impressive and a special shout out to our waiter Mohammed Would definitely return and sample...some of their special Japanese whiskies as well!More

Purchased a voucher in advance for £800 after I spoke with a member of staff, who said anything left, can be used on next visit. Called two days later to confirm voucher details to my reservation, so that my guests could use the voucher and...not have to use cards etc. Upon arrival, I confirmed voucher was still good and they said "all good" - went to bar and ordered 5 cocktails, then went to table, ordered 3 more cocktails and realised the voucher would go fast at this rate. Spoke to manager of our table and said I would pay the drinks now, so it leaves the voucher to cover everything. Ordered more cocktails and then the food....the food came out before the drinks and we were left waiting, 4 times I asked about the drinks, and 4 times "they are coming" - waited 40 minutes for the drinks to finally arrive. Left my partner and her friends and headed off, they asked for the bill and it was £450, they said the voucher would cover and use the £350 for next week - they were then informed that the whole voucher had to be used then and there and not on future visits (ridiculous policy and does not retain loyalty in any way). This left them with £350 they were forced into spending on alcohol they did not really want and most importantly is very dangerous for Sexy Fish to push to my party. I called to explain that was not what I had been informed prior to purchasing the vouchers but was slam dunked by T and C's at every time I tried to explain. Voucher scheme is a deliberate rip off Staff have no understanding of vouchers Table Manager did not explain it properly when I paid for the first 8 cocktails - could have used his brain and told me to use voucher and paid difference after One member of staff thought it was cool to flirt with one of our ladies in the party I had been there 3 times in two weeks and spent £1700 including tonight and the staff simply do not care, the time keeping was appalling and I will not be going again. We went for a celebratory work meal and ordered a set menu. The whole dinner service was extremely rushed, asking if we were done with our food before we’d even had a chance to touch it! We asked for a second bottle of wine and...we were told we had 2 minutes until our time at the table was up and couldn’t order more wine! We weren’t told about any time restriction so we were shocked to hear we had 2 minutes left and they hadn’t even finished serving all of the courses. We asked to order a drink or glass of wine each to have with desert and then move to the bar but we were told no. They stopped serving us bottled water and gave us tap water only for the next 30 minutes whilst they served dessert. We spoke to the manager at the time but he wasn’t remotely understanding or apologetic. Not the experience you expect when spending £600+ in a Mayfair restaurant. Appalling experience and the food was average so I would avoid at all costs.More

The most overrated restaurant I’ve ever been too. Staff were ridiculously rude and up themselves. Food was rushed out no time between courses and wasn’t anywhere near the value for the price they are charging. Best thing you could do is stay away

Definitely over-rated and wouldn't recommend. Table wasn't ready so get sent to the bar where there is no space. Ordered drinks and then got called for table shortly after, no staff guidance of where to go. Staff all stuck up and not attentive. Food comes...at different times - at one point we only had a bowl of plain rice on our table! Very cramped and loud, food portions are also tiny. Won't return.More

Gorgeous place Yohan was amazing at looking after us non-London girls. So polite, so professional and such a gorgeous place to visit. Would recommend to friends 👍🏻

I was running a bit late so called the restaurant to ask if I could still make it to my booking which they accepted but then arrived only to be met by rude staff who told me they gave my table away and proceeded to...walk off when I asked why they reassured me that arriving at that time would be fine. Spoke to several members of staff, all of which were outwardly disrespectful and passive aggressive. It's concerning how rude, obnoxious, arrogant, dismissive and unpleasant the staff are. Especially the ones at the front desk. I was appalled by the service. Good ambience and food but not good enough to put up with such poorly trained staff members.More

Tried my best to book a table but didn’t succeed to.. Finally we decided to visit without reservation. We found place so everything seemed ok. But the barman - a Spanish guy was too impolite and his cocktails awful! I expected more..
