We had a wonderful lunch here. It's true -champagne and cheese go well together. There is an excellent menu with a very good choice of champagne. Service was also very good and friendly. It is small so booking is advised. When you finish it is just a short walk to the river and the Cutty Sark.

This was the perfect place for us this Saturday afternoon. We wanted a drink and something small to nibble on. We got a nice small little table outside by the wall. The perfect place to catch some January sun and look at people. They had an infra heater and blankets. We ordered a cheese plate to share and some drinks.... More

After a hard week what's not to like about well chosen, well chilled and, for London, reasonably priced champagne by the glass? Baked Camembert is great value and charcuterie excellent. Service and presentation without fault and the place is tiny so buzzy but quiet enough to talk. My new favourite place!

We dropped in by chance for a coffee and sharing platter - it's a cosy space with very friendly welcoming staff and fresh ingredients - perfect for a snack.

We came here last minute for our anniversary. I booked online and when we arrived the waitress greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary and brought us over a glass of champagne each. Great service, sharer boards and champagne! Recommend the baked Camembert!

Maybe I'm biased as champagne and cheese are 2 of my favourite things but I loved this little place. Great service and lovely food if you love cheese and charcuterie. Book ahead as there are very few tables.

Had booked this and was glad I had as the venue is small with limited seating. There was a good choice of French food. We had mixture of cheese and charcuterie platters and the French tart. All were tasty and fresh. We chose a bottle of Colin champagne which went well with the food. Staff were very helpful and courteous.... More

We had a pre-evening O2 slot so arranged a late lunch here and it was a good decision. The duck was great, the champagne superb, of course, and the cheese in excellent condition - but very small portions! The atmosphere was lovely - busy, on a Saturday afernoon, but the staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. I'd like to visit again.

Thank Gillyjasper

Staying in Greenwich

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
