full of flys..... Horrible... pastryes was fully covered with a cloud of small flys..the glass cube where muffins etc was invased by flys .. this is the 4th times since jan l have been here ,no changes..

This a decent cafe to get a cup of decent coffee in a busy international airport terminal. Service is slowish, partly because coffee is made one service at a time. Sandwiches, sodas also available.

You have to admire Caffe Nero's commitment to keeping airport food overpriced and very disappointing. Making the most of their captive audience at heathrow T2, we waited an eternity for them to serve up a lukewarm sausage bap and drinks with barely heated milk. Just...More

We ordered 2 Americano coffees during stopover at Heathrow Terminal 2. Took one sip and had to throw it out. Terrible....undrinkable....truly awful.

I took a coffe from caffe nero in paternoster square. An spanish guy very polite and kind prepared an incredible capuccino for me. Wonderful.
