Had an exceptional lunch here with my wife. The chicken milanese was fantastic and the pizza was so, so good. We loved our food! Service was excellent and, of course, because this is an Italian restaurant, the post meal espresso was excellent. Five stars!

Delfino is good choice for families and quiet evening. In Mayfair but not too posh. Pizza was the highlight. The service was inconsistent. Pizza came out before starter and wine. Lasagna was also very good and the arancini starter. Little pricey for what you get....Best thing about Delfino is food quality.More

Service with a smile and food that is really delicious and very filling. Make sure you book in advance as this place is very popular and is busy on most (if not all) days of the week.

Lovely Italian in the heart of Mayfair. Friendly staff and I love their spaghetti Ragu. Will definitely visit again .

Service you could not fault : we were seated promptly, orders taken as soon as we were ready and food arrived quickly with a smooth transition between courses. The winner of the night was Caccia e Pepe - a simple dish but excellently done (with...a generous heap of truffle cream, of course). Pizza and starters were all enjoyable. Very reasonable prices (especially considering the location). Would highly recommend. Note: we had booked but they were taking walk ins, there was a bit of a queue the whole time we were there (mid-week dinner), but turnover is pretty quick.More

Ordered delivery and they only prepared half the order and then didn't answer the phone! Food I did get was mediocre at best.

My first visit back to this gem of a restaurant taking my children for the first time. Its a bustling, busy space but the waiters were courteous and helpful and we had a fantastic lunch. The thin based, slightly crispy Neopolitan style pizzas are absolutely...delicious with generous cheese and toppings. The zucchini fritti was also a big hit among adults and children. It is incredibly good value for Mayfair and Mount St in particular and extremely popular with local workers, business folk and high end clientele of the surrounding luxury hotels and boutiques.More

The service was not attentive. Asked for our bottled water twice. Never came. Bought the bill even though we hadn’t asked for it or if we wanted dessert. Bruschetta was v avg. A disappointing visit especially as I raved about it to my lunch companion...before going. Hopefully next time will be ‘back to normal’More

A bit of a late review on here but I already left a Google review back in May when I went to Delfino for my birthday dinner - a treat from my sister and brother-in-law.
