I really enjoy meeting friends here for a Saturday drink and a meal. Looking forward to seeing the "new" Bell and hoping for much of the same in new surroundings.

This is a typical wetherspoons pub , pub grub at a very reasonable price , good choice of menu , better than you get in some restaurants, the burgers are a good choice , the mixed grill is also worth a try .

It is a privilege to be able to live in Norwich as just ordinary citizens in a city that has embraced millions of such ordinary folk and quite a number of viitally important folk across centurties of our history.

It's a typical wetherspoons but being a city pub tends to be louder than most other 'spoons' also noticed that the prices here are higher than other venues find this a little annoying since it's the same food in a louder environment

We had a lovely midweek Christmas shopping day breakfast here. It was quite busy when we went in but the service was very quick and breakfast was soon served. We had the smaller Traditional Breakfast which was more than adequate for us. It had the...More

Its always good to shop on a full stomach, though from the sound of it shopping isn't your favourite past time. Maybe pop in for a drink and a bite to eat without the shopping. With the cinema, theatre and football club a stones throw...More

The place was packed, getting a table was hard, not enough seating. Firstly, went to order food and drink at the bar, seeing a member of staff munching on a packet of crisps, when there's lots of customers to be served or tables to be...More

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, none of the staff should be eating behind the bar and I will be looking into this. I am glad the soup was good and if I were to recommend one of our deserts to you I'd try...More

Hi Lynne Wednesdays are all about Chicken Club, just £7.25 with a drink. If you're not a chicken fan we still have our regular burger, deli and many other deals.

The Bell Hotel is said to date from 1485, and was later one of the city's leading coaching inns. During the Second World War, the top floor was turned into dormitories for the American Women's Army Air Corps. The Bell Hotel was the first Wetherspoon pub to open this side of the M25 just over 20 years ago. We offer a wide range of drinks including craft lager and 13 different ales at one time. We also have a wide range of meals avaliable from 8am till 11pm including club days from Monday to Friday.
