Always order from there and my partner gets burger meal and he gets burger sauce and cheese on his chips, he pays extra for that. I ordered a carrot cake with his normal order, they delivered me a bit of frozen carrot cake 😳 so...obviously I couldn’t eat it or I’d break my teeth. We rang up and told them it was frozen and before we got another word out he rudely interrupted and said ‘don’t ever order from this kebab again, you always asking for sauce’ Because we don’t think we should be charged for sauce in the burger! So I guess I should have eaten the carrot cake in the morning after it was defrosted for breakfast?More

Ordered and collected , wish I hadn't of bothered ... chicken wasn't fresh tasted awful , chips reheated over and over and staff so RUDE !!!! Didn't like my complaint and basically told me to like it or lump it ...

Placed an online order and asked for the chicken for the Kebab to be cooked from fresh as previously found the chicken rubbery. On arrival I was told by who I believe to be the assistant manager that in future my request for freshly cooked...chicken won’t be met as the owner doesn’t like waste so they oven bake the chicken then keep the chicken in a food warmer until it’s needed, it’s then placed on the hot plate to heat up as requested. Which is why the chicken was rubbery on my previous visit. The guy was rude and I felt he resented me for requesting freshly cooked food which is crazy. He then went on an attack about my previous complaint a few years ago when they delivered me the wrong order. I merely asked for my order to be re delivered as the kebabs were lamb and not chicken. I didn’t make a fuss or write a bad review so I feel the rudeness of this guy was very unprofessional and unnecessary. The foods not great and I totally agree with other reviews about it being tasteless, in future I will not be returning to shaneys grill for our take out treat and will not be recommending them.More

Would have given no stars but not able to on website. Arrived early but sauce on kebab congealed and flavour less. Meat the same. Chicken ok but sauce ordered and not supplied. Chips cold and not really edible. So disappointing. Have used shaneys for years..... what’s happened 🤷🏼‍♀️More

We always used shaneys in the past but recently the service has got really poor delivery time a lot longer than told but on the last time we ordered and ever will now we waited nearly 4hrs for our delivery that we were told would...be about 30/40 minutes. Even when we rang each time we were told about 10 to 15 minutes and it would be with us (utter lies) then when it did finally turn up most of it was stone cold and my daughters food was missing not amused after that wait and listening to the children complaining for several hours,luckily pot noodles are ready in a few minutes.More

This is by far the best pizza we've ever had. The dough just melted in your mouth.. it was fully loaded with meat and proper mozzarella. To be honest im not a massive fan of pizza's but ever since we had one from here its...all ive thought about having. I would probably get one every night if i lived closer.. only come across shaney's as we go fishing at the Bridge inn and had it delivered.. Shaney's gets 5☆ from us. Well doneMore

Brilliant. Food was well presented, ready on time as stated in online booking. Everything was there, easy to park in Shell garage. Tasted wonderful and a decent price point.

Smallest kebab I have ever had and the meat tasted a bit funny. They need to take lessons from a place called TopTaste in Hendon, Sunderland. You get masses of meat and salad plus two large pittas for £5:50. Think all the kebabs I've ever...had in Norfolk are crap compared to the ones from TopTaste.More

Always use to get great food but now it's going down hill, ordered food for delivery today, had to wait an hour for delivery then was missing something from order and the pizza what you order with any 4 topping was missing some of the...toppings we had asked for, might soon start ordering elsewhereMore

Shaneys Grill Taverham ABSOLUTE JOKE should be called Shady’s Grill who cooks chicken then puts it in tin pot and reheats it on the grill and serves it up as a chicken kebab!!!! Never have I ever been into a kebab shop and the chicken...hasn’t been cooked fresh as you order!!! got home chicken cold and dry AF. Good value, a bit light on the chicken in the mixed kebab and could do with more garlic mayo and pitta but I will defo use again!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery tonight - told would be 30-35 mins - ...called up once been 40 mins and they said waiting for a driver to appear so I said I would collect - I arrive to be told they made the wrong pizza...so then they had to re make...end up getting pizzas over an hour after I had ordered. ..was offered a bottle of drink for free and declined as don’t drink fizzy drinks ...no money knocked off order . Shame as would use several times a year - not impressed and don’t plan to return any time soon and pizzas were quite soggyMore
