Visited the three tuns Sunday and Monday night great quiz on Sunday and had fish and chips on Monday which we amazing all the staff were great with our dog tuppence this place is a must if you go to york

We visited The Three Tuns several times whilst staying in York, It became our local for the weekend. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was great, tasty and presented very well with a good quick service and a good selection of Beers.
Lamb shank was delicious. My mom had a baked spud and thought it was lovely. I've knocked my score down to a 4/5 because if you sit at the tables by the toilets you can smell those blue things they drop in the mens urinal.
Traditional, old pub with a decent selection of beers. We were here on a busy Saturday afternoon and the service was fast and efficient. We ordered the fish and chips, the portion was huge, with excellent chips and freshly battered fish.
Ate here during a busy half term stay in York. The menu had plenty to offer - lovely food, nice traditional pub atmsophere.
