It;s a small cafe in Italian country stile,it's not a restaurant, but a fantastic place to pop in for lunch or take-away sandwiches. Italian cheese and dried ham, home-made desserts and cakes, focaccia bread etc. It's very nice food, great atmosphere, definitely recommend to visit!

There is often a queue here and that is not surprising. Excellent teas, coffees and other drinks accompany scones and cakes that are all own baked and beautifully presented. Not surprising when you realise there is a tradition of baking in hotels and restaurants in...More

Staff couldn't be more helpful in finding space for us, which is always a challenge with a pram. Good say served with a smile and totally delicious. Will be returning next month on our annual trip to York!

We went for breakfast. There are a lot of choices to choose from. Dessert was really good as well. Also we went for afternoon tea awhile ago and it's one of the best afternoon tea we've had!

Our welcoming licensed café and deli has a distinctly European feel. We fuse French and Italian cuisine seamlessly with the best that Yorkshire has to offer.
