Absolutely gorgeous meze Had a wonderful meal for two and chose the meze option. The food is unbelievable and authentic Greece (we spent the summer in Kos). Staff very professional and friendly. Manager/owner really nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Meet up with mates, not seen for an age, all getting on now ( case from last of the summer wine) Great welcome soon as i walked in. i was running late due the the heavy rain, unable to get a taxi. We arrived a little earlier than our booked time and was seated straight away, the restaurant was busy but we didn’t have to wait long for our order to be taken. We ordered the Meze menu, the food was delicious & plentiful, the staff bringing...our food explained what each of the individual dishes were, unfortunately our eyes were bigger than our belly so we brought 3 of the dishes home with us, which were even tastier the day after! We will look forward to eating here again.More

Recommend by friends and now is our favourite place to eat in Nottingham. Prices are reasonable and the food is amazing. The staff always remember us even when we haven’t been for a couple of months, We really love this place - the staff are...friendly and attentive, food second to none - can’t praise it enough. Was absolutely superb,tasty food!! Been working away for a month & on the last night managed to get in. Busy restsurant but on the spot service. Definitely worth a visit if in the city, can't fault it. Mixed meze/tapas platter would be nice to try...but think priced for couples. Nevertheless had the halloumi starter followed by Stiffado & rosemary potatoes......lush!! Then an espresso martini treat, more than moneysworth.More

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Amazing food and service. Gluten free menu was brilliant so much choice. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic value for money. Beef stifado to die for. Can’t wait to return.

This was my first visit to Yamas…it was fantastic. As we were shown to our table, the place was buzzing with atmosphere and happy diners. It was like being on holiday in a popular resort restaurant. We chose the full Meze at £23.95 pp. One...course after another, beautifully presented, full of flavour and so much food for three people. It was extraordinary. Each dish was presented at the right time not to overwhelm. In the end, we took home most of the chicken souvlaki and the potatoes. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and attentive making sure we were enjoying our food. It was also, great value for money. So many restaurants of late, are expensive but, the food isn’t always up to standard, and it can be lacking in atmosphere. This was one of the best food experiences I have ever had and, I’ll definitely be back. We left uplifted and stuffed!! Well done the family team at Yamas. XxMore

Lunchtime tapas menu is excellent value with good choice. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming.
