Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

No frills breakfast in a buzzing American-style diner setup. Sat at the counter and watched the cook present a masterclass in how to cook multiple orders on an open grill, and get everything close to perfect. There’s a constant flow of customers since the food...is freshly prepared and good value for the price. I didn’t go for the full Monty breakfast, but did have the pancakes with sausages and eggs. The pancakes were definitely better than the average fare, but the sausages were a little low grade, if I’m being honest. However, all the staff were being run off their feet and yet still managed to provide efficient, friendly service with a smile. I would definitely go back to try something different, but choose bacon rather than sausages next time.More

This is honestly the most perfect little American diner! It’s a hidden gem in Nottingham. They made the best pancakes, light and fluffy! The other bits to accompany were very good quality. The menu caters for everyone from meat eaters, children, to veggies! Plus there’s...so much to chose from! The staff were very attentive and friendly! They made a lovely welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend! Quality food, for an amazing price.More

Cracking big breakfast with friendly service. US style hash browns. Absolutely hit the spot after a big night out. Menu could be a little more varied a la the US diners this seeks to replicate. Would though return in a heartbeat.

Before COVID the times I ate here it was fairly quiet in Saturday. I was concerned that it may, which worried me as the food was great and the service friendly to talk to you 🙂. I am relieved that it is bustling and busy...as it deserves to stay in business. Keep up the good workMore

Came in here twice when staying in Nottingham. Once for breakfast, once for lunch. The second occasion, I realised they're only a breakfast cafe, but I was in before they close at 2, so had a breakfast omelette for my lunch. This is a terrific...cafe and unique. On both visits, the diner was being run by a friendly, chatty Polish lady and a quieter, younger lady who I guessed was her daughter. The pair know exactly what they're doing. They cook the food in full view on a large griddle. And they get the timing right, so the eggs come up perfect, which is quite a skill when you're also doing pancakes, home-made hash browns, etc. Everything's cooked freshly--no dried tomatoes or shrivelled mushrooms here. For the breakfast, I had the "Badass". Two fried eggs nicely griddle-crisped round the edges; two outstanding rashers of bacon; two long, thin Polish sausages; mushrooms; an unusual cone of griddle-browned, shredded potato; two pancakes; and a phial of maple syrup. (And orange juice if I'd wanted it.) All cooked and set on the table super quick. Plus a decent pot of tea. My second visit, I had a cheese-and-tomato omelette. The substantial omelette was folded oblong, with square ends like a wrap. Where some omelettes are quite choppy in texture, this one was smooth and browned, done like a pancake on the griddle. Plus salad and a pot of tea which gave two cups. Great stuff. The spotless diner is decorated as such, like something from the 1950s American Midwest, with a lively, bright colour scheme, so a visit is a visual, asthetic experience as well as a dining pleasure. Good value as well. Much love to the Warsaw Diner. Will be back.More

Walked past this place a number of times and never thought to go in but we have decided to try different places so we went in! We were welcomed by Lucy who managed to fit us in even though we hadn’t booked 😉 Extensive menu...of all things American and decided on full fried breakfast for me and a child’s breakfast for the little one as she could pick what she wanted from the list! Food was cooked after ordered and was fantastic, hash browns were proper hash browns and not the frozen type you get elsewhere! Tasted nice and fresh and was very filling - even the little one loved it! Staff were very friendly and ouldnt do enough to help us! Would definitely recommend coming here and we will be back very soonMore

Hi Depends really on the number of people going - it does take reservations (though I’ve personally never done so) and perhaps for larger groups it’s probably wise but if you’re a couple then it should be ok. The only caveat... More
