Lovely food (and wine). The service from Kayleigh was brilliant, she helped adapt the menu for my fussy children which was really helpful for an enjoyable meal.

Lovely treat after the cinema with my niece, very welcoming even though we were late for our booked table (film lasted longer than I thought). Oldie was brilliant alway making we had everything we needed. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Nice food, quickly served by great waiter. But the 'accessible ' loo was the worst I've feel in in decades of using accessible loos. Really tiny, could only just squeeze a wheelchair through the narrow door, tiny cubicle and the door opens INTO the tiny...cubicle so it is nigh on impossible to close it. Also, the toilet seat was broken and lying on the floorMore

We had a lovely meal, very fast service and we also had excellent service from our server Ollie who was friendly and attentive.

We recently visited this particular branch of Bella Italia for a child's birthday meal. We had an adult table of 6 and a child's table of 7 (plus an add on table of 5). Our server was Ollie and he was fantastic! He didn't stop...from the moment we sat down, getting all our orders taken, getting table water, bringing us drinks, then more drinks. He was so good with the children, addressing them all by name and making a huge effort to get involved in singing happy birthday with us all. He was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble and he kept smiling, no matter how busy we kept him. Thanks for being a super server Ollie! We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and lwould definitely recommend people give this place a go!More

I have been to this restaurant before and had no problems even when it has been really busy. However, we went for a meal at 2pm on Sunday 24th July and as soon as we went to our table we had to ask for our...chairs to be cleaned as there was food on them and some of the cutlery had to be changed as it was dirty. We asked for bruschetta for our starters but was told that they didn't have any, yet we saw bruschetta being delivered to a table nearby? When our mains arrived two of the meals were completely wrong and had to be returned to the counter, luckily the two we required were Caesar salads so did not take long to be replaced. After our main course no one came to clear the table or ask if we wanted our dessert. I had to ask several people before we managed to get our dessert ordered and by this time we had been in the restaurant for 2.5 hours which was crazy for a two course meal. We had to rush through dessert because we were going on to an event and didn't have time for coffee. When I finally found someone to ask for the bill it was wrong so more time trying to sort this out. It seemed to me that there was too little staff and no coordination. All in all very poor service, which is a shame because the food, when it did arrive, was great. Our initial waiter was vey helpful and friendly, but we never saw him after delivery of the main course, he was very busy elsewhere and when I spoke to the manager about the bill he was off hand and offered no apology, just gave me a new bill saying he had discounted one of the meals because of our complaint. We will not be going to this restaurant again I think the least that the staff could have done is apologise but they just seemed to be too busy even to do this. Like everywhere these days too many customers and not enough staff, resulting in very poor customer service.More

A very enjoyable experience was had by all, when we visited for my grand daughter‘s birthday gathering on Sunday 😁 The service was amazing and Ollie, the person who looked after our party of 18, was THE best!!!

Today I visted with my 3 year old niece and we were served by Kayleigh! She was amazing and was fantastic with my niece nothing was to much trouble! So pleased with the overall service and food!

Not been here for a while but we had tesco vouchers to use so this was a good option. Food was really tasty. Busy when we got here but service good. Friendly and attentive service by Kayleigh
