Just wanted to say how amazing and kind the staff are at Annie’s. Today I took my brother who has diabetes & Down syndrome, eating out can sometimes be a challenge due to needing his food within a certain time. After explaining this to the...lovely waitress she couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was amazing as always, and the atmosphere was fab. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon.More

First time visiting so unsure what to expect. Arrived at time of table booking. Table not quite ready but that was fine so we got drinks at the bar. Seated at table, only criticism is the seating needs recovering. Ordered our food, but only told...there would be an hour wait after ordering. Not a problem as the atmosphere and music was great. We were a group of 8 so also not a surprise would be a wait. Menu is substantial so made the choice harder than anticipated despite have viewed it online. Food was amazing quality. Very tasty and plenty of it. Will visit again if opportunity arises and try a different burger.More

Great place to take family/friends for a unique burger experience! Wide range of different burgers available, offering their own unique flavours suiting all tastes. Too many to choose from! Good variety of side dishes to choose from to go alongside the burger though not a...lot is actually needed due to the size and fillings of the burgers themselves. Good range of drinks also, including own unique beers. Situated in the historical Lace Market area, not far from the city centre. Lively and busy atmosphere at the weekend- best to book in advance to guarantee a table. Well worth a visit.More

I’ve been to Annie’s before and was good but this time however was awful. Service was pants, took 30 minutes to get any drinks in which order was wrong, we when waited another 30 minutes before getting the attention of staff to take are food...order. An hour later food arrived, chips where cold burgers looks and tasted dreadful. At this point we where fed up, payed and left. Don’t bother!More

The food was delicious and the service was really attentive, the waitress that served us Jazzmin was kind, friendly and approachable! Put me and my friend at ease and made sure everything was okay with the food.

Chelsea made our meal really lovely - she did such a great job that my mum mistook her for the owner!

My partner, and I were going to the wrestling the other night, a few friends advised us about Annie’s saying how amazing their experience had been. And they were not wrong, we both had the North Carolina, delish! Staff were amazing, polite, bubbly, and attentive....10 out 10 on food, and service.More

I can't understand the negative vibes. Phenomenally busy place and great value. Prompt attentive service. I don't think there has been a price increase for several years.

Regular visitors since Annie's opened in Nottingham . Feels like this place is becoming a victim of it's own success. We ordered at 6.20pm and were not served until 7.45pm. Having checked twice that the food was on its way.... To be told to not...worry it would arrive in 10 minutes... After complaining to the manager we were told that kitchen had no record of our order and that kitchen staff had earlier lied to waiting staff in stating we would be served in 10 minutes. Finally served 1hr and 50mins after arriving. To add insult to injury the host who had seated us came and asked why we hadn't checked with her where our food was.... When we replied we had checked with the waiting staff we were told "why did you do that... They are much too busy!" she seemed genuinely amused by our situation rather than apologetic. Beyond poor.More

Hospitality staff are the once’s that put themselves in harms way by working with the general public. Maybe take responsibility for yourself.
