At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Just ½ a mile from the nearest transport link our Nottingham restaurant is a perfect stop after a romp around Sherwood Forest. The spacious restaurant is located just off the Old Market Square, within walking distance from the Royal Concert Hall and Ice Arena. With an open kitchen and some great food and service, the atmosphere is just right for an evening out or any special occasion.
The food at Zizzi is always great in my opinion, and they cater very well for gluten intolerant people like me, however I feel like the service could have been a bit quicker towards the end of our meal - it took quite a while...More
The staff weren’t very nice not very welcoming anyway. To start off with the oven was broke which is disappointing, was grazing for some meatballs and garlic bread which is quite frankly the only reason I went and in return offered a spaghetti pasta could...More

We used a Buyagift voucher (four courses, bubbles and wine). As ever this was good value but invariably staff at Zizzi are confused over what menu to give, and what is contained in the offer.
The food was fine, although service was a bit slow...More

Walked in and ignored. Barked at for drinks order twice. confusion over set menu. First course delicious. Wine rubbish. Toilets disgusting as no one would use one of the cubicles at all. Pasta meal tiny like a Childs portion with no salad or side at...More
Went for a pre-theatre lunch. Food was OK, nothing special, and now probably becoming a little expensive for quality and quantity. I had olives followed by a salad. Nothing that I thought was particularly memorable. The waiter was pleasant, wine was OK.
I have visited Zizzi many times in my life and always enjoyed it. Seven months ago I was diagnosed as a coeliac and since then this has been my go to place for food!!! It has the best gf pizza base I have tasted so...More
This was my first time visiting zizzi's and I have to say it was delicious. The food was very nice and worth the price paid. The gentleman that served us was very polite and quirky. I cannot remember his name but he was very young...More
