Went for an evening meal
Was absolutely brilliant. Starter lamb chops gorgeous. Main lamb gummy and special rice superb best curry ever. Lots of meat and not too spicy but a beautiful meal xx thanks one of the best curry’s ever
1st ever order from this restaurant.
Delivery was late due to the driver
struggling to find the address however
delivery instructions were put on the order
to assist but we're clearly ignored.
One of the curries ordered was a Chicken
Tikka Masala and it was...the saltiest thing I
have ever tasted making it inedible and this opinion was shared by three other members of the family who tasted it.
Restaurant was called to complain and the
person on the other end of the phone was
apologetic offering a free curry when I next
order however we are that put off by the
food there won't be a 2nd order.
Overall food was ok apart from the chicken tikka masala which was shocking. Won’t be
recommending and whoever is making the
Tikka Masala needs to start tasting it and
using far less salt.More
Staying in Nottingham, we booked online from recommendations from Tripadvisor and a look at the extensive menu. We were looking for something with a menu a little less obscure than other places and the Himalayan Inn certainly did not disappoint. We chose a traditional meal...and a slightly more unusual one - both really delicious, and we wish we didn't live so far away because this is definitely a place we would visit again! We couldn't fault the service, food or helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Thank you.More
Normally we eat in but t9night we decided on TW- order taken correctly, delivered with 45 mins, hot and even complimentary popadums
Wife had a saag and I had chicken gurkhali plus nans and mushroom rice
Always try the Himalayan variants - really tasty
It's been a while since we ordered from this resturant and can't believe how much it has gone down hill. Order wrong, with numerous meals incorrect items. We had to share in order for everyone to eat. Extremely disappointing and we will be sticking to...our usual takeaway from now onMore
