Dreadful meal. I ordered beans on toast that is claimed to be served on ' doorstep bloomer loaf' the toast was a sliver and very dry. Never had toast like it. The beans stone cold. Barman apologised and got me another one, equally as bland...More

A warm welcome, excellent service and great food. Pub needs a little TLC with the decor, but don't be put off. It's a little gem.

Arrived 1030ish and ordered breakfast it was £7.95 for two. Was acceptable, didn't get a lot so don't go if you want a big fry up! Friendly staff who was happy to offer directions.

Ran out of whisky! Barman didn't offer alternative option, told us we's need to pay extra for different brand. Poor impression to leave tourists with.

Low lighting, loud music, no atmosphere and terrible staff. The staff were laughing a lot and having a good time amongst themselves but ignoring customers. After waiting some time for service, one of the staff eventually reluctantly served me but looked very unhappy about having...More
