In Oxford for one night we chose this brasserie having been to others in London. We were not disappointed. The food was good, service great and the staff friendly. It does pay to book a table as they can get very busy.

Saturday lunchtime visit. Glad we booked since it was almost full. Good value specials menu. Duck, steak and fish cakes all recommended. Dark choc mousse also a hit. Hefty optional service charge!

Cote is such a friendly restaurant. Food is so good value on the early evening menu 3 courses for £12.95 and plenty of choice. Staff are friendly and efficient and the Little Helpers are such a pleasure to watch as they wait patiently for waiters to serve food - a great idea to make this restaurant a lovely place to... The food could not be faulted. It was delicious. Sadly, the service needs to be improved. We had booked a table for two in advance. One place setting was missing. We asked for a knife and fork, which the water brought. We then asked for the napkin, which he brought. We then asked for salt and pepper, which he brought.... More

we had a really pleasant lunch with friends. Escalope, fish stew and duck breast plus dessert! Everything amazing, totally recommended. You can find cheaper places but it is worth.

We went here twice once for breakfast and once in the evening. Both times the service and food was very good.

Cote offers a discount if you eat before 7pm. We had warm beetroot salad to start - gorgeous! I had belly of pork which was so tender - the best I have ever had. It came with cabbage which I don't like. No problem to switch the vegetable to spinach. Lovely potatoes too! Highly recommended. Excellent service. Very pleasant staff.... More

After a long days sightseeing we fancied something a little nicer than your typical pub grub but were short on time. The restaurants a 10 minute walk from the bus stops used by the park and ride service and theres plenty of choice along that road. As we've dined at other Cote Brasseries we expected the food would be good.... More

Restaurant located in the center of Oxford. The service was good, but was to noisy and not to enough space on tables. The entrances were nice but the stakes were not an speciality: not tender neither tasty.
