The pub is great, with a menu way different from traditional (same chain) pubs. If you look for a different place with lovely food and g the greatest service.
We tried some of the pizzas and some starters. The pies that ordered my wife and...More
I consider this my local, despite being nearer to seven other pubs. The beer is well conditioned and there's historically been an excellent selection (which will return if more people turn up). The food is reliable and sensibly priced - nothing to phone home about,...More
My husband and I popped in for a quick bite to eat on a Saturday evening. We could not have been made more welcome despite the fact that it was very busy. My husband ordered chicken goujons which he enjoyed. However, the biggest accolade has...More
Interesting menu- we had a Delicious burger and plates of food - halloumi and chicken bites. Friendly welcome and atmosphere and good service. Will certainly be returning.

This was a great evening of live music from consummate musicians.
Great atmosphere with a great crowd.
Landlords are keeping a great community pub going.

we arranged to meet friends we hadn't seen in a long while at this pub, an old haunt of mine as I used to play darts for them in the early 90's. The pub has been transformed and extended in a very positive way. We...More
Yes, children are welcome - we have a baby changing table, high chairs and an enclosed garden... We don't have an absolute time for children to be out of the pub by in the evenings, but 9pm seems to work as a guide :-)
